Part of me - a small part - wants this not to be a "Slender Blog" as much as I want it to be real. I want an actual, honest to goodness, real life Slender Man to come out of the works and hunt them down. Assignment time people: we need one of you dedicated Sleder Fans out there to create a Youtube account as the proxy who will actively fight these guys. The $20 I was orgionally going to give to Slender Man will be sent directly to the EminentDirectory cast and crew if the proxy blog does not generate more "Likes" than the actual protaganists.

I've been following this since the beginning. Its decent enough but godamn... I wish this skinny long-haired hippie in the duster would quit trying so hard to come off as a baddass and just STFU already.

I honestly like the idea of having some protagonists who know what Slenderman is, who have some understanding of what's causing this, rather then a typical "omg gaiz whoo is dis tall man lawl" blog/vlog. The characters start of as pretty much unlikeable, which let's them develop and advance them. My only problem is that it has this amateur-ish vibe none of the others have, which makes it more beleveable but harder to watch.

This was pretty hard to watch through. The way it was filmed just kept losing me.

I'm not bothered by them bashing on other series, for the fact this this too is just another story itself, and these are just characters. At least I assume so, so I can't get mad over people just acting.

However the characters start off as terribly unlikeable, and to be honest their likability doesn't really jump up that much as the series progresses. Not that everyone has to be lovable but it's hard to invest myself in a series if I don't like the people in it. I'll more often than not just find myself rooting for their death. Granted it's a new approach to a series, but they could have gone about it much better than this.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes when the first bit of distortion showed up. If the approach they were taking was to make this seem very unlike a slenderman series with all their trash talk, why would you throw in cruddy distortion off the bat? I would expect a more unique inference that slendy is present with such a different start to a vlog.

It just seems rather hokey so far :I maybe it'll get better but I don't have high hopes.
