you can find some of it on the sdcc site, some at the sites for specific companies, and some from reading comic fan sites. otherwise just get lucky as you walk around.

there are a lot of blogs and sites that report on what will be given away and when. mostly though just follow various manuf. on the web or twitter.
marvel, dc, darkhorse, etc..
