The track is actually called "Outlands" it plays when Sam is riding with Quorra on the Light Runner to Flynn's secret hideout and again when Sam takes the Lightcycle into TRON City.

EDIT: The one you're thinking of is called (ironically) Flynn Lives.

 		I'm not sure how much BMW paid to have that song in their commercial, but the point is, Tron Legacy is still making money!
