If this diagram is to be believed, I'd say the arrow is either pointing at the Angular Gyros for metaphorical and abstract thinking, or Wernicke's area for speech interpretation, both of which would be applicable and not in the least bit helpful.

My notes:
Pictures look like either Tim, or all the original cast members. If former, then TTA I think is Tim's opponent. And That would clarify many of his responses to be directed at him. If later, it means the other cast members may still be around, if not bat shit insane at this point.
Area of brain being pointed at is obviously relevant, will look into it.
TTA is even crazier than before. Style hasn't changed just past the 7 month gap, but has been changing even recently. What caused the condition to accelerate during the seven months, though?
TTA must be a film student, or lover of films. Most all of his responses have an old movie feel to them.
The anagram probably hints to look at the negatives of the frames.
Black and white, like always. Reference to the operator, but also...black and white...he wants to get his point across.

This might be a stretch, but "maines sentroid" (if thats what it is) anagrams out to "daimons entries".

Daimon has a lot of muddled background and usually means "spirit" although it also has usage as a synonym for "theos" (god), "demon" (the most obvious), and even psyche/soul.
