I doubt Jessica was involved in any of this stuff until some time after the events of entry 43. Before then she was just Alex's roomate, and I doubt he shared those terrible secrets of his past he was trying to escape with her. I think something's probably going to happen that gets her involved. She may be part of the totheark channel at this point, but I doubt she always has been. I also don't know about Brian, I'm still inclined to believe Tim murdered him in his home shortly before J got there the first time.

Wow, I somehow never thought of that. That's the best explanation for the bullet and still-red blood in Entry #16 that I've heard so far.

I think Jay used to be a masky, and a member of TTA. Look at Attention.
A crowd bicycling. "Return to us," i.e. the legion, then "Wake up" ...Jay has recently lost his memory of the time he was with them, as in the original marble hornets filming time. And that's when he started on Alex's tapes. Also this is in response to 22, which is when Seth was grabbed by the operator in the dark inky boiler room.
I think Seth, after this, was slenderized, and became another member. I think the sigma isn't a sigma, but just an S that kind of has been signed, like when a signature trails of with a squiggly. Take in example Regards. At the end, the word Regards has a sigma after it. Like he signed a letter.
Regards S.
I also think Brian was a member. In Advocate, a sigma is seen. Brian is Seth's Advocate? There we go. This also explains why they all have stock footage of marble hornets. They were the original cast. Seth was the camera man.
And they were all film students. Explains their interests in old movies.

Why did TTA start sending messages again after Jessica was captured by Tim? And why were they in a different style? Tim is their foot man. He captured Jessica and she was slenderized. She is now one of TTA. Inquiry is asking the question of identity...just after we figured out where Jessica came from. Which would be of interest to her, too, since she only remembers being a part of TTA.

This is all true facts.

EDIT: ALSO-

I wonder if perhaps Alex, Tim, and Seth were an Operator-hunting group and then Seth met an unknown fate, Tim became Masky,

But in Warning, there are "raw footage excerpts from ALex Kralie..."
of Tim in his mask. I think they were hunting the operator, but I think the mask came before hand. I think it was a stage prop of some kind (It looks like an opera mask, and they were going to film school) and they kind of figured out it made Tim operator proof.
Thoughts?

^That was discussed when the entry came out. I believe it was concluded that it was just a reflection off of a TV.

Jessica seems to have been involved at some point in the 7 months, and the reference to her dreams of childhood (not to mention being a local of the Rosswood area, a known Slendy-haunt) strongly suggest her involvement has roots before this point.

I still hold that she's the one who told Alex the story about the criminals in the woods. It would make sense she'd know the local legends if she'd grown up there. It also might point to a reason for Alex befriending her.

As to what the means for TTA... Well, that theory would allow for her being part of TTA but I could only see it being the case if Alex was too. Come to think, that's not a ridiculous option. Alex moves to new town, meets a girl (Jessica), discovers she has had similar experiences to him. They decide to team up, in the meantime Alex's old videos are appearing on youtube courtesy of Jay. Alex and Jessica know more about what's going on, try and guide Jay, etc, the usual. I guess we know too little about Jessica to be able to tell, what, if anything, she would bring to the table as a member of TTA.

Though it does occur to me that if the TTA vids are aimed at Jay, the change in tone might be down to Jessica. She's angry at Jay for abandoning her in the Hotel and not having the cajones to go back and see if she's OK....

What I mean is I don't think she was involved with the original Marble Hornets project in 06.

It's possible that Tim posted a new video once his hunt for J was concluded and ended in failure. The tone of Fragments seemed to be angry, which could be bitterness over J escaping with the tapes despite Tim's best efforts.

Ok, hear me out...

Totheark is a Neo-Nazi collective.

// is the bottom portion of the stylized "SS" insignia.

They incorporate footage of the Pearl Harbor bombing in the "Messages" video.

In the first Indiana Jones film, Nazis are on a quest to find... the Ark of the covenant! The Ark!

TTA are Nazis. I'm going to run with this and see if anything else connects. Haha.

In 30 years, it will be the Russians with an older Jay and a craptacular sidekick. The title will be..."Crystal Skulls"

Sarcastic comment aside, try this. I don't have time to decode them right now, so here is a base 64 decoder I found with a SIMPLE Google search.

Definitely not.
While I do not find the idea of the Mask definitive, it's not a reflection off a TV imho. The first indication of this should be how dark Jessica's room is. The TV is almost assuredly not on nor is any light source present within the room to allow any sort of reflection to be emitted. The only presence of light within the room came from Jay's own.

^You realize that Jay is standing in a fully lit hallway, with the door open and the TV facing the door, right?

Whatever it is, it's too big to be a mask of some kind. So, no.

Checked it out, lampshade apparently, according to one user..
TV facing the door? The only TVs I'm aware of exist on the shelves pointed towards the beds. Pointless to argue about anyway. I do like the thought she's part of the TTA clique now however.

IMO the blood in the sink in Entry #16 was not caused by a gunshot as the majority of it is in the sink and there are only a few drops on the floor leading away. I find it far more likely the blood was coughed up into the sink.
