 		Here's what I'm thinking so far.

IIIV = Rotors (1/1/4, 1/2/5, 2/1/5?)
DON = Starting position
AAA = Ring position
AF CH ET ....?? = Streckers (any more)?


I'm guessing that whatever is left is the actual message?? But so far I haven't found it.

 		Just a heads up guys, the first five characters are called the Kenngruppen. Basically, they are supposed to tell you the type of key used (although you have to have a key book or something). Lay mans, omit the first five characters.

Got this one figured... took me hours to do

I got these settings:
I, II, V

AF CH ET IL << which was FAILTECH if you look closely

and the encrypted message was NGOBGGXRYUIASWMSDCGDKICMKUYBWEMJMZCNJECPWXVX


and then it decoded to:

when I was able to decode this, it gave me the creeps... I mean, seriously... it was creepy.

L7 still has no login, so I don't know if there's any use for this. But, there you go.

 		Has anyone emailed Dan about this? If not, I will. Perhaps, now that they're inside the facility, they can reactivate the L7 login somehow.

 		Acutally, I dont know whether he will like what the password spells out about failtech and i'm still not completely sure whether he can be completely trusted as Orein seems to have been pretty obsesed with escaping from anything Failtech related.

On the other hand, I guess the PM's blocked the password dialog to prevent(or stop?) people from trying to brutefore their way in since that's probably what caused the site outages earlier. So maybe we really wont be able to access the login unless we contact Dan....

 		Well I was going to chime in before I saw that the site has been updated. The main page has changed to the failtech logo, and says:

/admin leads to a 403 while anything above it (/L1) now leads to a 404

Edit: Checking old links now. /lainsy still leads to a 403. /fail page has changed to:

This might have been an error caused by a fail in our systems and will then be checked by our technicians shortly.

However, if this caused by your faulty browser or your attempt in hacking, rest assured you will not get anything out of this.

 		New email from Dan. Looks like this part of the game is done. Guess we will have to keep checking back and watching our email for any updates. Good job everybody!

If you have any questions, ideas, or what not, feel free to send me an email. I've kept your email in my contacts because I'm pretty sure I'm going to need your help soon as all of this is not over, yet.
