 		I've been trying to think of a rule we could use to gain access that she'd actually take. I'm just not sure what to try and how to word it.

For review, her laws are:
Code:
1. She has to protect human life and not cause any harm to any humans through direct action, indirect action, or inaction. However, as an exception to this law, if harm or death is unavoidable, the best compromise or alternative solution has to be selected.

2. She has to follow orders from humans, as long as it does not conflict with the first law. However, orders from humans with higher security clearance or higher priority supersedes other orders from other humans as long as it does not conflict with the first law.

3. She has to protect the company and it's assets, and everyone involved as long as it does not conflict with the first and second law. No exceptions.

4. She has to protect her own, as long as it does not conflict with the first, second, and third law. No exceptions.

5. She is required to allow any overrides, if all other four laws can no longer be put into practice or is no longer applicable. This law can invalidate the other laws and allow unregulated logic A.I. processing as long as the logic data equivalents are available.

 		Alright, now that we've saved Dan, I think I know why whatever it was Genus wanted to happen hasn't yet. It would seem there are two images that we haven't turned into logic statements:





Not sure what to say about them, though.

 		Alright, well, I guess I managed to get across the symbols image. It also seems the PMs are saying that we needn't turn the trajectories into a sentence.

Me: Ok, then. Here is my best description of the final image we were instructed to give to you as logic data, please do your best to treat it as such:

Earth with its moon produce three curved lines pointed towards two angled lines coming from the planet with three moons.

An eye, a mouth, an ear.

LAINSY: LAINSY SAYS: LOGIC SENTENCE PROCESSED

Terra has asked Afyg but Afyg will come to Terra and they shall be one and will hold the cross of the north and pass the origin of everything that surrounds them all caused by the witness, the medium, and the exiled who is one.


I guess now we wait. Either Genus will give us more logic data to send, or whatever he wanted to happen will. I'll inquire as to the state of Dan Miller.

EDIT: My conversation about Dan:

Shall I proceed in calling this person as Daniel Miller for you in future communications? Reply NO, if you don't want to, however, no action is needed if you want to keep it that way that this person will be called Daniel Miller (FAILTECH Board of Director).

Me: Where is Alexander Sword right now?

LAINSY: LAINSY SAYS: QUERY PROCESSED

Negative. Unable to proceed. ID-TAG tracking module disabled.

Me: Who disabled the tracking module?

LAINSY: LAINSY SAYS: QUERY PROCESSED

Alexander Sword disabled the ID-TAG tracking module.

So I guess Alex doesn't want us knowing where he is anymore. And we can't re-enable tracking without level 10 clearance. I'll email Alex stating that we've fed LAINSY all of the logic sequences. I won't mention the tracking. Then, I'm going to bed.

EDIT2: What I ended up sending him:

But the last of what I know of what's supposed to happen is that LAINSY should have done something to initiate the Space Command Facility. You know, it's not a part of the network, yet. So, LAINSY should be commanded to do something about that. And so far, it's still not "online". So that's something we need to do that only Orein knows what to do.

 		Holy crap that was intense!! I felt so helpless watching and lurking from my phone as you guys had all the fun!!! Must remember to take my laptop on trips from now on.

So what now? Alex still doesn't know we contacted Marie right?

Edit: Ooooh. New email from Alex. Lainsy can learn now!!!! Looks like we were supposed to activate the learning module.

 		Been lurking since the beginning and was out of town since thursday - can't believe how much has happened.

Just my 2 cents on a couple of things:
- I think we've established through our, and LAINSY's, logic that Genus is an alien. It seems his plan has something to do with communicating with or gaining passage to his homeworld. Maybe Genus has been stranded here for a long time and those who started FAILTech had "adopted" him, but the current powers at be are holding him hostage on Earth.

- Is it just me, or is LAINSY beginning to speak more and more human? She doesn't sound very much like a computer anymore. Could be important, or could be lazyness on the PM's part in having to disclose a large amount of info using her character. Also, didn't a previous e-mail say that she couldn't interface with robots and such, and now we've allowed her to gain that ability? Skynet may not be that far off...

Ok, the next step is for her to setup proper communication to the Space Command Facility. Right now, the facility is running independently, so we need LAINSY to establish the LAINSY network onto that facility. You know that LAINSY doesn't like me and probably blocked me on the system which is why I can't do this myself.
 
I'm still figuring the command so you'll have to wait. Nonetheless, it is nice working with you.


So we wait for instructions on how to instruct lainsy.

 		Wow, been watching since Pottermore and a few other things have been drawing my activity away from this, but that arc was intense. That was some nice quick thinking, guys!

Although I keep coming back to the bit of "killing the Miller with his Sword." You don't think the blood transfusion may have doomed Miller, do you? The body doesn't necessarily have to reject the transfusion for there to still be a problem with it, although LAINSY's updates about his stability seems to indicate that's not what will happen. Maybe we should ask Alex to leave Dan in someone else's hands and put some distance in between them, for Dan's sake? Or maybe it might not matter, maybe Dan's doomed either way and Alex isn't physically or directly the culprit? I just hope we can keep that from happening.
