Already posted in the trailhead thread, but I had this crazy idea that such info might be useful here.

I have a couple of friends in Denver who might be able to pick up the trail. I just spoke with one of them (we'll call her J) and she said that she has to work, but that she has a friend who might be willing to be our ground agent. She said she'd let me know in the morning whether or not she has the affirmative. Here's hoping for good news. Smile

HI. I live in Fort Collins, CO, and mighty possibly be able to make it to down to Denver. Depends if I can scrape together enough gas money, since it's a bit of a drive. I would really love to do this, so I'll see what I can do.

Glad to have you on board, swede! If you're able to make it to Denver and you'd like to partner up with the agent(s) we potentially have there already, I can see about getting you in contact.

Either way, it would be great to have an affirmative on Denver. Very Happy (Don't break the bank or anything, though.)

How far is it if you don't mind my asking?

About 65 miles, so about an hour each way. The problem is that I don't have a very fuel efficient car, so gas gets kinda pricey, and I don't have a lot of disposable income at the moment. I should know for sure by early tomorrow evening if I can make it down or not.

Agreed. Was the home of the LDS Church not a big enough draw for 42E? Sheesh! Wink

The Book of Mormon doth proclaim that 42E shall not enter within Sal Tlay Ka Siti limits.

Unfortunately, it seems my contacts in Denver will be preoccupied at zero hour. I didn't want to press the issue as to whether or not they know someone who would go and find the package.

Swede or Crazyman, do either of you know someone in Denver?

Not a problem - as of now we don't really have a ground crew for Denver. Whoever is going for the package in Denver, if there's anyone, they haven't made themselves known on uF.

Well, looks like I won't be able to make it down to Denver tomorrow. Sorry to get everyone's hopes up.

Ogawa, I don't know anyone in Denver. Sorry!

Dallas was given incorrect step two information. The address given to them seems to be Step two for Denver. Keep an eye on that.
