Again, no. Lt Green A8 was originally in the upper left and bottom left spokes. Additionally, Lt Green has a pair of A9 and A10 from the initial images.

I used photoshop to distinguish between the different shades and determined that there are 13 different colors.

For the record, the color(forgive my color naming skill) and the total number of pairs:

Red - 4
Lt. Green - 10
Dark Purple - 7
Black - 10
Brown - 4
Teal - 9
Pink? - 8
Whitish? - 12
Lt. Blue - 7
Blue - 6
Dark Blue - 4
Tan - 4
Green - 9
Violet - 9

If there are additions / changes happening, shouldn't we just watch and see what comes of it?

Yes, thanks so much everyone. I am at work and don't have access to do anything helpful whatsoever (and not sure I would be helpful anyway)...

BUT, I do appreciate you! Smile

Wonder if this is like the city reveal. Over time it eventually gives us what we need.

Oh, ok. Thank you for the clarification.

With the new changes I am not sure if such a time intensive idea is really what they are wanting us to find...

Yeah, I think you must be right. THe labor involved would be horrendous, unless they want us to crowdsource it somehow. Seems unlikely for now though

I still think we probably have to wait before the clue becomes apparent.

I also think it has a connection to the different flavors of 5Gum (color wise) and probably also the addition of a new 12th flavor, like someone speculated.

My final guess is that the shape might relate to an overlay of US cities involved in another drop...but I might be wrong.

Could this be some sort of real-time plot of how people are answering the "sense print" questions on TestSubjectsNeeded.com? Of course, there are only 5 questions there, but if there were 8 questions (did we answer 3 other questions anywhere else?), 2^8 = 256 so maybe there will be 256 total points eventually.

It kind of seems like there is no meaning to it, for now at least.

I think what I am tryign to get forth is, what we do we do with the results? There isn't really an output for said answers. E.g;

a code box or email. send your constellation data to constdata@blah.....

But i'm going to help anyway, i'm in for the long haul.

Please consider the updated files to be "bug fixes". They replaced the old imagewith a new one. If 42e really wanted them to be used as a sequence they would leave the old version around. In short: forget about the original image.

Since the dots are ever so slightly off I would expect that we'll end up with an image or carefully aligned sections. If this was a purely numerical puzzle all dots would be aligned on perfect diagonals.

I tried treating the image as a cartesian grid and used photoshop to convert it to polar coordinates. Makes for a pretty image but did not reveal anything.

The source code shows that they are keeping track of how many people viewed the image, but there's nothing to suggest that it's generated in real time.

Didn't TDKR do something with the twitter hashtags where after so many posted it, the image formed? Maybe there is something like that with how many hits it gets?

Also, what happened to that "Log files have been added to your profile etc" after you clicked the countdown?

While often hilarious, can I ask that people try to keep images smaller on here? A lot of them are stretching the page and make it hard to read the thread. Thanks! Very Happy

Apparently some people didn't have the Prelude files yet and those were the one's that got added.

Then that means they are important yes? If everyone needs them...

EDIT: Also my log files won't show now. Anyone else getting that?

I agree that the image isn't a dynamically-generated one, but 42E might be collating the responses and then generating a new jpg.jpg to post with updated data points. I guess we'll see if/when the image changes.
