well, I finished the dark green, but looks like someone else did it as well. For the record in numerical order it comes out as EIYMRACNH

To translate:

You take each pair of numbers for each colour, and you trace a line from them back to the centre. This gives you the "Flag positions" for a semaphore letter ( http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~rockmore/semaphore.html ). You then decode all the letters, and end up with a series of letters like "UTSEEGR" (The purple set). A quick anagram solve translates this to "GESTURE". Lather, rinse, repeat.

That was "SeaShellSeller" in the chat (That worked out the "SEMA" poke the PMs gave us).

confused..

so, i don't exactly understand this new countdown @ http://survivalcode.com/countdown.htm and also, i entered all the constellation codes and got a bunch of facility keys, but nothing happened with the constellations except color was added to the small icons, AND how the hell do you "use" the facility keys? what are they for? T_T

Your best bet is to visit this thread for help sorting out SurvivalCode. So far we don't know what the keys do, but you entered your codes correctly since the "constellations" are now colored in.

For reference, but it probably isn't needed now we see this semaphore?

The amount of times a certain number is shown, I do see a decreasing pattern going down though.

A1 = 30
A2 = 31
A3 = 30
A4 = 29
A5 = 20
A6 = 20
A7 = 17
A8 = 14
A9 = 12
A10 = 6
A11 = 2
A12 = 2

[TOTAL = 213]
