It's been a few hours since the countdown ended, from what I understand it takes three hours from powering on an icefly till it starts blinking morse code.

Has anyones icefly been blinking different code than the usual survivalcode.com?

For each Letter/Number/Color combo in common, there is just one other.

Maybe we connect just those.

EDIT: I just found a set of three...

how frequently has the pattern been changing - ive had it up since it went online..but i never really refreshed it until someone said ti was changing. I wonder if youre supposed to grab each version and then animate them? (just a crazy idea)

Does it seem as if the points are "revolving" around the hexagon? Since the hex is slightly off center...it would mean a non-standard rotation.

Counting the number of dots in each spoke when this started I had (starting from the 12o'clock position and going clockwise);

14, 24, 18, 19, 30, 38, 16, 38

now they are

16, 24, 16, 20, 33, 38, 25, 39

Not sure what it means (if anything)

They are adding dots, not changing them

I'm afraid not, at least not between my initial screencaps and the current image. Out of all thirteen individual colors, I have found none so far that have gained any points, but many points have shifted positions, such as Red A2 and Lt Blue A7.

At least one dot has been added. Light Green A8 on the top right arm.

Sorry guys... It's taking longer than I thought to confirm all the shades and how many times they are prevalent.

With the new changes I am not sure if such a time intensive idea is really what they are wanting us to find... are the color shades intentional? Or just a part of the overall changes, someone not paying attention to the colors they are using.

I'll keep working on the graph and other concepts... but I'm starting to feel stumped! Maybe this is similar to the puzzle from the mission icefly page?

We need to wait until the original image starts to transform to what we really need to see.... maybe we will figure it out on the way!

just a thought, what if the changing/shifting dots is not part of the puzzle, but a last minute correction, to make sure we "get it" a little more clearly if we decode it correctly?

so grateful for you guys hard work.

i'm going to do a silly thing. but it seems the plain ol boring thing to do.

Count how many times A1, A2, A3 etc appear.
