You said #43 originally so I was looking at that. :S But this still isn't that unusual for Alex. Alex stares blankly a lot in his videos. I don't think he even records himself in #49, but he's still staring into the tunnel.


Oops, sorry, my bad. Also I forgot to mention that the operator probably does appear in Entry #50 after Jay shows his face to the camera (probably not trying to summon!), because the final 12 minutes of tape are either totally unreadable, or for some reason totally unused, but that's a minor point really.

Yeah, there are alternatives to face-summoning, I just like the idea and think it would be a neat explanation for the masks. So far I'm struggling to come with any reason for Tim to wear a mask after Entry #35 (chronologically).

 		He could have been planning to eventually steal the tape that revealed his identity. #33 kind of gives this a possibility.

 		After looking at the entry, i've found an clue as if Alex got in touch with Amy and i don't know if anyone saw it before.

From Entry 44: 1:00 to 1:27, you can see that Alex as a pink watch on is left forearm.

From Entry 43: right before Alex collapse (6:25), he has a black watch on the same arm.

This doesn't prove at 100% that this is Amy watch as far as i'm concern. But if it can help a bit then i've done my job ^^

 		I'm looking into it right now but so far not in:

Entry 26 you can see her left arm at 3:13 but with nothing on it but i don't recall seeing her in another entry :/

*Edit* I didn't see the watch on nether Jessica or Sarah but i'll keep looking
