The distortion caused by the fisheye-esque lens on the chest cam made it appear as if he is staring higher up.
Also, anyone recognize his room from

I why there was no noise distortion when the Operator appeared. (Or not much.)
And does anyone else know what Alex was pointing to with the flashlight around 1:40?

...What?
It's not his neck, it's his eyes that are looking up.

When Alex was staring at himself in the mirror, for some reason, I was waiting for him to put on the mask.
I would've been like OH SHI-

I didn't mention anything about his neck.

I like how nobody noticed that the word Operator was finally actually spelled out and associated with the operator symbol. This also raises the question of how did Alex come across the word "Operator." Probably just popped in his head because he's slendyfucked... but maybe he heard it from Tim/Hoody/Masky/TTA/Skully/Mulder. Erm... scratch that last one.

Troy stated in a recent blog entry that things would be picking up big time.
Here: "Be patient for a few more weeks, and things will be picking up big time." - June 20th (about 4 weeks ago)
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it. But how is this Entry considered picking things up big time? Maybe I'm missing something, but this seemed almost filler-like, dare I say... I'm really not trying to get flamed here; just stating my opinion.
On the actual entry:
Seems as if... Actually no, I'm stumped.

Seems to me alex has reverted to his Marble Hornets filming behavior. He's drawing and acting shady again. Also, the footage behind the zeros at the end of the last TTA video seems like it could've been taken from this scene. The car was determined to have been Alex's and the light on his porch as he walked up the stairs in the beginning of this entry could be a match both in intensity and position for the flare I'm the TTA footage.
This would be interesting because it would be the first time TTA would have provided footage of something before we got to see it.
As for the white noise while he was drawing, it could've been AC.

I think it's pretty important, just because it establishes that OMG ALEX LIES SOMETIMES.

Might I just insert there that this entry has the most horrifying image of Slendy I have ever seen. I also enjoyed the throw back to Entry 19, where Masky stands in the corner of Jay's room and teleports him away.
So how about the thought that Alex was summoning Slendy? I think those drawings Alex makes are his way of getting Slendy to do things for him. In this entry he draws the operator symbol multiple times and even writes "operator" and sure enough, the operator himself shows up and takes him away.
Remember back in season one when Jay went to the red tower and found that tape? He investigated that tower because he found "at the tower" written on one of Alex's drawings. Maybe that drawing was some command to the operator, telling him to place that tape up there. Maybe all of Alex's drawings are special commands that tell the operator to do things for him.
I don't know why the operator would be doing things for Alex but it's something to be considered.
Another note about slendy possibly putting that tape in the tower: If I remember correctly, Jay barely made it up that tower and the latter collapsed just as he got that tape. It seems unlikely that anyone could climb that before Jay and still have the latter be in tact. It would make sense if a certain tall friend placed the tape without having to climb the tower.

Am I the only one that sees a person sitting in this room?
To the right of the closet, directly under the picture or whatever is on the wall...
At 2:46, I clearly see a head and then their upper body.
