New % Gum "RPM" Well, I was picking up some groceries and saw these. It was a new standup, and these were the only two flavors. I can't see any difference, as I figured with RPM, it would have some B vitamins or caffeine, but doesn't look like it. and no icefly on the packaging.

Alright. So I opened the package and there was a qr code, and icefly code, and a link to www.controlyourenergy.com. Which is a youtube page. Qr code errors out.

the packages as a pair make me think these will be replacements for React Fruit and React Mint. Neither of these are on the official Wrigley's website yet, but neither is Swerve. Let us know how they taste!

The Facebook group posted a picture of the inside of an RPM package. Here's what is intriguing to me:
a) the unique code sequence does not work in our HPP SurvivalCode game.
b) the QR matrix points to a new URL (also printed on the box) http://www.controlyourenergy.com
c) the URL doesn't redirect to our current game site, but rather to the 5Gum YouTube channel -- which has no new videos, the most recent upload being 5 months ago.
Speculation is:
d) that the URL will eventually redirect back to HPP
e) and that the game code will be accepted in the future
f) and perhaps there will be new levels which require the new code format
g) or the URL will eventually contain new content (rather than a YouTube redirect)
h) which might even start a new game.
The fact that the packs have no icefly on the outside might support (h) over (d), but being a new flavor could mean that they didn't need the external indicator that it contains a code.
The new domain is owned/registered by Wrigley.

Continuing with my personal wild spec above... I poked around the Wrigley website today, and found some older promotional pages. One seems to have a slot available for future content. I've attached a portion of a screen shot.
To reach this screen, go to http://www.5gum.com/global/ and click thru to the navigation which has 4 monitors, then select #1 Featured Content -- or go directly to:
http://www.5gum.com/global/locale.cshtml?locale=en_US#/features
(it takes a while to load all the Flash assets, and my computer fairly chokes to run it in chunky fashion)
It displays the following message:
STIMULATE YOUR SENSES
CHOOSE YOUR 5GUM EXPERIENCE
and the 5 monitors across the top say:
VORTEX
SWERVE
SENSORY TESTING
HUMAN PRESERVATION
[static]
Each one displays content from their other promotional websites embedded in a window on the screen.
http://5vortex.com/
http://swerve.5gum.com/
http://coachella.5gum.com/
http://survivalcode.com/
The fifth monitor is not clickable -- for now...
Description
will a new game site be displayed on the fifth monitor?

Interesting. I like how they also have a newsfeed for all things icefly on their social media page.
Hmm.

I have some news, found another standup with RPM gum. On the Side it says use the codes inside the package for....free music downloads. I will post a pic tonight, but no continuation so far for mission ice fly.

Hmm, interesting. Defiinitely thinking if that leads somewhere, it will be pretty damn interesting, but if it doesn't, boo.
Where are you findin em in AZ. Maybe it's cause my butt is over in Waddell, but none of the places I've checked in Surprise so far have it.

Finding these stand ups at Walmart while I am hunting for hotwheels in the morning. The RPM is eluding to a equalizer, either high energy or take down tempo. here is the pic. I think Mission Icefly is over.

That does make an unfortunate amount of sense. Damn, and here I was thinking that throwing in music would be a good way of roping people in.
Though as before I'm gonna wait till we get our "tyvm." until I'm certain that this is dead.
