I wonder how far the series would actually have gotten if it were real. I can't imagine people would have actually let it run into season 2 without ever alerting the authorities, which means no Rosswood Park (or at least no entries about it; whether the FBI would find themselves investigating it depends on how the Operator actually functions in the universe, which we still don't know for sure).

Then again, Jay in real life would probably be smart enough to alert the authorities himself instead of posting video evidence of potential crimes on YouTube.

True. Though, would you go to the authorities with the story of the Operator following you? Even with video proof, it wouldn't warrant much investigation until the entries with any obvious signs of violence or proof of said violence outside the entries... e.g., finding TiMasky and seeing his broken leg or his Slendysickness.

It would be curious to see what the medically verified or at least tested symptoms of Slendy sickness would come up with. I'd like to see a chest x-ray off of Tim or Alex or something. EEGs during exposure.

The diagnosis of Slendysickness would definitely have something to do with the lungs/throat (seeing as most people cough, sometimes even cough up blood). Also, a brain scan would be the most important test, I'd think. See the brain's reaction to the Operator and see if he influences it in any way?
