Trapped in 1st Facility

I had to go back to the first facility to get one last folder. I have tried for the last few days and still can't access the door to the lift. I have already done all 3 facilities and I don't want to replay them all. Anyone have an idea on how I can get past that door?

Thanks for the advise. I have just tried it, and it didn't work. Anyone else have suggestions or a contact to the company?

for me, I had to return to Facility 1 with http://www.survivalcode.com/game (singular, not /games/ and not /f1) and walk down the corridor that leads to the transportation pod. I think it might help to tell it to restart (not continue where you left off), but I have had to clear all flash from my browser cache in the past and cannot be sure what really works anymore.
