 		Free Test facility keys?
I just got like 5 on my profile
I think that maybe I got them for the puzzles, but I do wonder why I ave them.

yeah, I did fully power the facility, except the game, (level 24 is pissing me off >.<)

Do you have all of the rings moving? I still have one stationary, and as far as I can tell, the only thing I haven't done is bought the gum and entered a constellation code. I'm assuming that will activate the last ring and give me my last couple of log files?

 		I wondered why I had 16 all of a sudden when it started and realized it's the 10 constellation keys plus whatever I had for facility keys.

I don't think that has any bearing on the Gyroscope rings evilcarrot. I think the last ring is for the Constellation room with the green lines.

Have you used a facility key for that? That might be your warning triangle on your map.

I activated the constellation and I still have the warning triangle in that room.
