I have noticed that they accepted my new picture, but I did not receive confirmation from them. Should I send an email just to make sure? I kind of think it isn't totally necessary to bother them since it is updated.

Hi everyone,

I know that parallel to the delivery of the package the profile image appears on the profile page. (Mine haven't yet been mailed.)

Is there anything else that changes on the profile page? If so, can you post a picture of it?

(OK, I know, "be patient and wait for yours to come...")

If your picture on Survivalcode.com has changed then your ID has been Mailed

I got this e-mail today:

Much to my delight. Not sure what would have them looking back to re-review badge photos, but I'm glad they did and can't -wait- for my package (I -know- they've been keeping an eye on these forums. Hi guys). Hope this badge will have some practical use, other than just looking rad (and they certainly do). I, too, would enjoy an Icefly T-shirt or something. That logo is super cool.

I'm kind of wondering if my email to TSN support had anything to do with the "further review" of pics. I wasn't pleased that I had to send a photo of my face, for security reasons, so I told them it would be kinda craptastic if they didn't have an option for those who wanted to protect their ID. They immediately approved my pic, so I was pleased as punch. =) Thanks to those behind the curtain. I appreciate your willingness to work with us.

You paranoid lot are weird. It's just a picture of your face, that they send back to you.

Saw the mailman walking toward my apartment building from the window. In his hand I could see a familiar looking black envelope. Crazy bastage put my envelope in a neighbors mailbox!! Lucky I was able to retrieve it with with little effort.

Delta 7 (bah..wanted to help in the qr) with some fancy Swerve gum.

@SpeechieGal18 You definitely could have had something to do with it. :D

@punxtr You'd be paranoid too if you knew my story, and I'm betting Speechie had similar experiences, or knows someone who did. There are people with very valid reasons for wanting to keep their identity private, and I'm extremely pleased with "the men behind the curtain" for realizing this.

I'm growing fonder of this team every day.

Well, I got my badge + Swerve gum today! Seeing as the code has been solved, I guess I don't need to go through the trouble of scanning it now, lol!

At least those who have received their badges will be able to identify themselves at the next event.

I'm trying to get caught up after being away from the forum for a few weeks for... well many reasons.

My profile pic is the one I submitted, it's not an icefly, and I've had no notification emails, so that means I should be okay?

ETA: I'm not sure what people mean about their profile pics "changing".

I believe they're referring to their profile pictures changing from the default icefly to the one they submitted for their ID badges.

Make sure to check your SurvivalCode.com profile to see if the picture you uploaded is now your profile pic. They say that once that happens the badge should be on its way. If it hasn't changed, you might need to recreate your badge, or see if you got a "rejection" letter for the picture. E-mail support and they can tell you what you need to do.
