The last circle on the right of the codes seem to have patterns that match letters in morse code. I havent seen one yet that doesnt, but Im still checking.

. = E
.. = I
... = S
.... = H
_ = T
._ = A
._. = R

The letters so far just for alpha unscramble into "stare"

These letters together unscramble into the word "hastier".... but I bet that its just coincidence that they spell anything at this point.

I wonder if the qr code fragment is meant to be added to qr9 along with other fragments that will be uncovered on our own throughout the course of the game, eventually revealing a more personal qr code... enabling the puzzle to be played out individually.
