That's perfect. Seriously, there's no oblivious here. He's freaking mad, and I don't know how much of that is from Jay breaking in. There's a reason Troy would shine a flashlight on Alex's face.

Jay breaks in and starts snooping.
The porch door opens and closes audibly.
Jay freaks and hides in the closet.
From the same direction of the porch door, a "figure" walks forward.
Jay's phone vibrates and he silences it.
From the right, where the figure went, we have Alex's voice leaving a voicemail.
Jay exits the closet and tries to run.
From the same direction of the figure, Alex comes out of no where.

If it was the Operator, how would Alex be back there? How would he have made it to that room without walking past the closet?

inb4 speculation about 8/10 meaning something has to be coming up next Wednesday.

Keep in mind, these took place during the 'lost seven months' so 8/10, if it is a date, is likely a reference to 8/10/10. Or August 2010 ('10).

Although I would love for a video next Wednesday to celebrate the anniversary Very Happy

There is a clear photo a few pages back, and it says 8/10

But anyways, Alex wasnt carrying anything out to the trash, so what was he doing out there? I think he already knew Jay was coming to break in. This explains his reaction to Jay's appearence in his house. ("You forgot your flashlight JAY".)
