So after going through 15 pages of theories I figured I will post my own before I continue to read on.
So first off, in Alex's 'Help Me Kill Me' it seems as if he is under control but he can still send out messages using paper. This could date back to when he was acting strange in the first handful of Entries. He was trying to get someone to Help.

Also I know this one has came up a lot. Alex being ToTheArk. The stuff I saw on the papers seemed to nearly confirm that one.

And I believe this was said before about Alex's current house being on Program. (TTA video) This could also be another sign Alex is TTA. it was posted a year ago. Not sure if he still lived there or not because the time it was posted.

I believe the Masked characters are there to stop Alex from bringing the Operator and are only stalking Jay and trying to steal his tapes to prevent him from being a part of it.

and the line "You lead him right here" (or somewhere along those words, don't know the exact line) Is TO following Jay now?

The way Alex has been seemingly summoning TO and the Maskies' ability to track Jay, I'd say Alex's "You lead him here" was in reference to Timasky rather than TO. If Jay in all his beaconness was following Alex around the Masks would find him eventually...

Whoop, first post. I just wanted to note something about the second image, being an artist and all.

I'm pretty sure the tie is red. Why? because it is backlit, and the lighting from behind makes most of him appear darker; all but the edges of what he's wearing. Thus the edges of the tie that catch a little light are still red, but in stark contrast to the backlit shadows of the rest of the tie. As to why it's red now and wasn't before, I don't know. But I think it looks nice, from a fashion point of view. /stupid comment.

As to the book, I don't see why it can't be just a journal, but the pictures on the cover don't seem like something Alex would pick up, due to the fact that Slendy is following him/taking over him/abducting him/what have you. I wouldn't chose to write down my day and secrets in a book with a cover that reminded me of a stalker I was terrified of. Perhaps it is a slightly older book about fairy-tales? After all, there are a lot of new editions of the Grimm fairy tales, so this could be a newer edition. Just a thought.

I do believe that Alex saw Slendy outside his window, but not in his room. I can't explain why, but it was the way he acted. There was no evidence that a masky was outside the window, though it may have been masked easily by the distortion and Slendy's presence. But Alex's reaction to Jay running like a madman seems to speak in favor of the theory that Alex didn't know Slendy was there. After all, even if he is working with Slendy, you'd think he'd know why Jay was running.

That's all I've got for now. Other than I don't think BONE 8/10 is a date. Though I'm not sure why Jay would look in the closet if it wasn't important.

I don't have any other theories, I just wanted to say that I think the flashback tapes may be coming to a close, or at least taking a break for a while.

Hopefully Entry #47 will be Jay opening whatever that key opens. I never noticed before, but it looks exactly like my own apartment key. So my best bet is that it opens Alex's old apartment. Hopefully that's when Jessica will finally show up.

After current Jay sees this he might actually get out of hiding and go to Alex's apartment in real time, especially if Entry 47 ends in some kind of cliffhanger. And since we all know how well Jay's urban excursions usually turn out, things could start escalating really quickly.

Also, the red tie thing still confuses me, since every part of me wants to reject the multiple Operator theory. But it's even harder to believe that Troy and Joseph just forgot to put a black tie on him. It means something, I just have no idea what.
