Instead of finding videos, why not full setpiece easter eggs based on THAC videos? Like walking into a random house, and going into a room with a curtain for a door and walking into Joseph Plays A Trumpet.

Or if you go into a house with a balloon on the mailbox, you'll find a white shirt and blue shorts on the floor, with JUNE 19 on the calendar. If you activate the alarm clock, the OFFENDED robot appears.

Or Troy himself will take you on a tour of his house if you can find it.

easter eggs could also be in game collectables that decorate your house after you collect them

I'm thinking stuff like bundles of Timburn hair, Tie-dye masky mask, and the priest's joke book from Tim meets a Priest or action figures of masky hoodsy and the operator

-Replace TTA with the Operator
-Randomly swap key characters with park dude
-All characters are Tim/Brian
-Operator's tie color randomly changes, causing the player's sanity to decrease more rapidly as they suspect multiple slendies
-Whenever you unlock a TTA response containing an extreme closeup, everyone in the following level's face matches the closeup exactly
-Rocky rises from the grave

MARBLE PAC-MAN!!!11

In Marble Pac-Man, there are four "ghosts"/masked people who are labeled like so...

Tim/"Masky"
???/"Skully"
???/"Hoody"
???/"Woodsy"

(Since we don't know all of their names yet, it wouldn't feel right to label all their real names yet.)

The player plays as Jay. There is a two player mode where the second player plays as Alex.

Gameplay is mostly like your typical Pac-Man, except you collect pills instead of dots. Collecting cameras will turn the TTA members blue so you can eat them before they eat you.

There are five different mazes each with a unique graphic design, including Rosswood Park, Brian's House, the Red Tower, the Random Hotel, and the Basement of Doom.

Occasionally, the Operator appears and renders the cameras useless, causing them to act like normal dots/pills/whatever. If the player touches the Operator, it's an instant game over.

There are a few "fruits" in the game that occasionally appear in the center of the maze. They are valued as so...
Bullet Casing: 0 points
Pills Bottle: 200 points
Rock: 400 points
Mask: 600 points
Flashlight: 800 points
Tape: 1000 points
Color-changing tie: Causes you to lose a life for some reason.

After completing two mazes, the player is treated to a cutscene with Jay sleeping in bed while Tim dances around him in his mask. After that point, the game freezes on a screen with text that says "QUARTERS ARE BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU."
