It looks as though it's both. We were given the letters in the order we replied. So you replied last and were given the H.

I guess waiting for everyone on the mailing list would be pretty self-defeating too...I'm not too upset that she didn't hold up the game just so the stragglers (like myself) could get in on it. I suppose that's a pretty clear flaw with the game layout, though.

In any case, if you want to get in on it, I'm sure she wouldn't turn you away. E-mail her with the passcode (spoilered below) and see if you can still play. Smile

 		But it looks like it was less than two hours after it was sent out. That's when the post went up about filling in for the stragglers. Not here to derail your fun, but, as I said before I had 1a. If anything else is sent to me in error, I'll let you know here.

 		I was the ninth person to reply, and was told that I was too late and didn't get part of the coded phrase... but when Nema Stem/Namastane got bored of waiting for us, he changed his mind and emailed me what we were missing. Sad (I shared it because I didn't want to withhold an email from a PM.)

Kinda lame, but we discovered we do NOT have a patient PM, judging by his posting here in the forum. Totally understands if that puts you off!

 		Looks to me like she's hinting at a double cipher...have you tried running them through twice?

Edit: Tried that. I get the feeling that the key is "timely", but so far no luck. I was having trouble with making the ciphers make sense yesterday anyway, so maybe I'm just messing up somewhere?

I can't see the site. Or rather, what I see on it, makes no sense to me, and there's nothing in the source code?

I was thinking more along the lines of something to do with Earth. We're working with the Earth Corps here (I'm assuming?). The alphabet, was just an easy way to name us.
