But look at page 32: The woman is using a text phone, which means she's deaf, so we can infer she's probably definitely Bobbi?

From the letter and also from the initial video when two girls are riding in a car and one of them (Bobbi) leaves. From what the driver says he has no intentions of giving the ring to anyone.

 		I really think that is Bobbi. But no-one has mentioned her name yet. I think she is talking about "Maxine" too when she says "her"
