 		So my door is opening to let me into Facility 2, but when I go to click on the door, it brings me to the same screen as before, "SENSORY PATHWAY CURRENTLY BLOCKED". What gives?

 		F5 a lot, until it works. I had some bugs too, but they eventually smoothed out.

Another recommendation I have is that when prompted* for "continue from where you left off" you instead select "start from the beginning". The flash files have been moved to new URLs, and while it seems silly, you'll have to wait for new files to download, even for areas of Facility 1 which you've already visited and have in your browser cache.

Prepare to stare at black screens. And wait. A long time. Especially if the server is overloaded, or you have a slow connection.

*(if you haven't seen this prompt in a while, you must not be logging out! Return to the home page, log out, then log in again, and start fresh)
