When can people in cities near the various PMs take them out for a congratulatory drink? It sounds like a New York thing has been planned--but what about other cities?

(Okay, so that was less of a PM FAQ question and more of a question to the rest of us! Maybe we can figure it out in open chat after the PMs answer our 200+ questions.)

How the hell do you plan on answering all these questions?

Were there any legal problems involved with the WBs, or did they say it was ok immediately?
