Disagreed heavily. TTA is a way of communicating to Jay, and to us.

To each their own, but I never was a fan of ToTheArk. Some entries were very good, but I think they made a bit too many of them and some of the creepiness is now lost. When you are waiting for some new material, ToTheArk responses are better then nothing, and they are a lot of fun to analyze, but many of them don't contribute much to the series. For example, do you think that MH as a whole would suffer much if Broadcast or Advocate were never made? (btw, can you remember the content of those videos without looking it up?) If you think they provide communication, then what are they actually saying? Something vaguely menacing, that's about as precise as you can get. Rorschach blots, that's what they are.
Some TTA responses really were important and creepy. But many were just filler made for the sole purpose of keeping us busy arguing about them and coming up with increasingly outlandish theories, while Troy & Co shoot the really juicy stuff.

Right now, we're getting pieces of the puzzle. It's no fun to get everything all at once. Although, it's not fun to get one part of a one thousand piece puzzle every Tuesday either.

Ok, I admit: perhaps the importance of TTA will only become clear when it's all finished, and what seems like filler now, will become significant and important in the hindsight. There is a possibility that I was wrong. We'll have to wait and see.

I 100% agree with you with the TTA creepiness being lost. some from season one were really creepy at the time they came out but season 2 it seems like its a bunch of cryptic nothingness. I really hope to find out why on earth some of the TTA videos are significant. I'm kinda glad the past few entries haven't had any responses to go with them, the tta entries really have answered no questions at all. I especially don't like the ones that have weird footage from old B-Movies and such. Return, and the one with timasky and the one with the operator are the only good ones i think.

oh well, i really only want season 3 to have some good old creepiness from season 1 and actually answer some questions about what happened to everyone and what the ark is. I don't want anything answered about the operator though, he should probably still remain a mystery

Escalation. I want things to go past the point of no return. No, strike that, I want them to demolish the point of no return, spit on its grave, raise it from the dead, and then shoot it in the head. Basically, everything has been leading up to this, so we need way more "oh shi-" moments.

Jay is the hero The Operator deserves.

But not the one he needs right now.

So we'll hunt him, because he's a dumbass.

Because he's not our guardian, he's a frog hunter. A confused little boy.

A Frog Knight.

Slender men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Slender men just want to watch the world burn.

That won't change anything. People will create theories that the Operator brought them back to life, or is impersonating them.

I still crack up when I remember people thinking that Masky in the hotel was Jessica. High-lair-e-us.

Yeah, those sideburns that go down to the jaw line, totally Jessica's manly facial hair.

Well, she was the only other person in the hotel, and- oh, who am I kidding...

No, the only way Seth, Brian, or Sarah are going to show up again is if they are indeed part of "Team Masky". Even then, as with the "Tim = Original Masky" debate, there are still going to be some skeptics hiding in the bushes somewhere.

You didn't hear about the operation either?

I want more of the Where's Waldo effect when it comes to El Hombre Alto.

Meh, the title spoiled me from Troy's surprise.

Anyway, I would like them to make their dialogues a little bit more realistic. Although, it is fun to poke at their mistakes, it's hard to take them seriously. XD

I personally have to agree with this, as that alone was what helped draw me to the series. Lately, it's been more like:

"Oh, they're talking." "Oh, (fill-in-the-blank) is just sitting there." "Oh, now he's going to bed." "Oh, he left the camera on." "OH SH-."

While that kind of setup is good for building up the moment for that inevitable moment where you almost wet yourself, I kind of miss the old feeling of always watching, scanning the screen constantly, as if you're trying to find him before he finds you (Entry 11 is a good example; Alex didn't even know he walked past The Operator).
