But seriously; are we gonna let the ties be the new bracelets? :/ I know there's been said a lot about this already, but I just wanna throw my opinion in as well.

I've had quite some years of experience as a photographer already; I may not be such an authority as Randoman or some of the others, but I do at least know my stuff.

Now, if anyone would like to test for themselves just what lighting can do, in case all the posted evidence wasn't enough yet; here's a very simple experiment. It takes maybe a few seconds to do:
-Grab a camera, doesn't matter whether it's a photo- or video-, analog or digital.
- Go outside, and aim the camera at a point close to the horizon (doesn't matter whether that would be rooftops, a forest, or whatever is close to you).
-First, you hold the camera low while focusing; you'll notice that the part underthe horizon will look relatively normal, while the sky will be quite light, without much definition.
-Second, lift the camera a tiny bit so it focuses on the sky. You'll notice that the sky now looks normal, any clouds that were there can be seen, while the part under the horizon now looks quite dark.

Yes, even just moving the camera one cm can cause the scene to look quite different, and that's not taking into consideration all the lighting changes others have pointed out before me. C'mon guys, every self-respecting photographer should know this...

Next, let's take another look at the screenshots of the ties that have been posted. Note that in every shot where the tie looks red, the surroundings have an orange teint to them as well, in all cases, IIRC, because it was dark outside, with artificial lighting inside (y'know, regular old lightbulbs and stuff). In the shots where the tie looks black, it's always outside; broad daylight, lots of green trees around, you may notice that all the colors look a bit bleaker there. That's not just lighting, also the effect surroundings have on an object. To the people (person?) who claimed the suit didn't change: if you look closely, you'll see that the suit with assumed "red" tie looks pitch-black, with barely any shadows/light reflections except some reddish (!) edges here and there. The suit with "black" tie, on the other hand, leans a bit more towards grey, and shadows are clearly defined. It all has to do with the light.

tl;dr: long comprehensive explanation that even photography/filmography dummies should understand; I agree with Randoman and the others

I think this might have been part of the editing problems Troy was having right before posting it. I think he mentioned this somewhere on his blog.

Anyway, that point about "I know you're there" behind the Operator theory, is definitely a ringer. Although, this would mean Classified is directed at Alex instead of Jay, if we're assuming Alex is buddies with Extra Medium at this point.

just think about how ridiculous it'd be if there were tie-colors involved...yeah right..
this discussion started when i came home from work,and i was baffled its still going on right now.filling numberous pages with crap like this is even more idiotic than filling the first 2 with "screw you for opening an entry#xy thread before its up" and "screw you too because you replied feeding the troll and making the thread harder to get rid of".

If we're going to assume the Masks are TTA, then it's very like that "I know you're there (behind the operator)" is something to the effect of Alex is hiding behind the Operator; Alex is doing things in opposition to the Masks ("i saw it. do you know what he did?"), but he hides behind the Operator who protects him from the Masks.

Alright, first post here

I was reading, I searched up some totheark stuff on here (at the time I was going through the videos and watching decodings of some of them) and came to that thread about Jessica and Sarah being the same person (I know they aren't), and I started to think about how they do look similar and then thought about this video about "twins".
I know I'm probably wrong about this, but felt like I should share with you all.

I'm not convinced the eye is Alex. I thought it was actually Jay at first, but it looked off.

Then, I honestly thought it was Seth. The way the face looks, it kind of looks like Seth. And this is a completely unbiased opinion, because I was assuming Seth was a minor throwaway character.

But, I could be wrong. Whatever.
