Authorities?

Hi!
I am planning on starting up an ARG in Sweden, since there have been very few. The thing I would like to ask about is how you plan the ARG so that you do not worry the authorities. I mean if there is a website with someone being kidnapped (as an example) in a country where ARGs are not very common, someone is bound to call the police. I did contact the police and ask how they would like me to go about it, but they didn't have a clear answer.

So, any thoughts?
