My guess is sometime before the infamous "HI I AM JAY I AM HELPING" entry filmed at Brian's (Alex's?) house, where we see Tim collapse into coughing fits.

I'm guessing Entry #51 takes place after Entry #22.
At the beginning of Entry #51, Brian asked where Seth was, and Alex told him he was feeling sick and staying home. The truth was that Seth was taken by the Operator in Entry #22, but Alex knew Brian wouldn't be able to live long enough to realize the truth, considering Alex was about to kill him.

Hmmm... one thing I noticed though.
In Entry #13 (the one where Alex sees The Operator outside that one building), Alex uncovers a large operator symbol engraved in the pavement. Alex reacts as if he didn't make that symbol. This was all supposedly during the filming of Marble Hornets.
Also, the TTA response to Entry #13 ("Exit"), shows Jay going to Alex's car to get Alex's spare battery out of the trunk. Totheark must've been filming this, correct?
These two bits of evidence suggest that Totheark existed prior to Entry #13.
And since everyone seems to believe that Entry #51 was more or less the "origin story" for totheark, who are likely Brian and Tim, then Entry #13 took place after #51.
And to tie things together nicely, the building in Entry #13 was the OOG exterior to the building that Alex and Seth explored in Entry #22.
This may mean one of two things:
- Alex brought Jay there to "dispose" of him, like he did to Seth. However, totheark drew the Operator symbol in the pavement, which called the Operator to that location when Alex was alone. This scared off Alex, and effectively saved Jay from falling victim to the Operator.
- After Alex ran from the Operator in Entry #13, he was unable to find Jay. Either the Operator got to Jay, or Alex thought that. Later on, Alex came back to this building with Seth to look for Jay. That was Entry #22.

Whew! The gap has been closed. I've updated everything from Season 2's time period.
But the 2006 portion of Season 1 is still very unorganized. In fact, I haven't even added Entry #51 in there yet. If someone else wants to do that, I'll be very grateful.
And if we want to keep using this topic for Season 3, we'll have to create another post for Season 3's events since the first two posts are reaching their character limit. Either the mods will have to hijack the first reply post or we'll just have to make a new topic entirely.

If I had the power to sticky threads, I'd say just make a new thread and I'll take care of that, but I don't.

I've attempted to make a playlist, using this list, which features all the MH & TTA vids in the correct order. If I've made any mistakes - let me know! [/url]

I'm still a little lost on the finer points of the chronology. Did the initial event at the abandoned building happen at the end of (the in-context) Marble Hornets? It would seem a little odd if Alex thought "everyone is gone," then proceeded to give Jay, who is supposed to be missing, the tapes. Yet I'm not sure where else that event could have occurred.
In that line of thought, did Alex only start attacking people after giving away the tapes? It seems to me to be implied that he was trying to stay away from the situation, but the reappearance of the Operator inspired him to take direct action. Speaking of tapes concerning Alex being a creeper, have the events of 56-42 not been shown yet?

Okay, I've just made me a wikidot account. It's the same username as this forums, so you can add me as soon as you can. I'm looking foward to improve the wiki.

fyi, I'm too busy/lazy to update this topic anymore. If I wanted to continue for Season 3 though, we'd have to make a new topic since posts have a max. character limit.

That makes sense.
As you might have observed, I have trouble remembering where the tapes came from. Hence, I can't keep straight what's a flashback & what's present time.

This information should really move to the Wiki, anyway.
