I kept expecting slendy to show up when jay threw alex's keys in his car. Also did anyone notice how alex's posture and movement seem to resemble that of a certain slender businessman.

When he first approached J's car it didn't look to me like Alex had a face.

Oh J, you made me burst out of laughter there. I think you forgot about the key. Laughing

That was his answer to the Key situation, STEAL MORE KEYS!

He's making a documentary about Keychains, don't you judge him!

Crazy thought: We don't actually know who was behind the camera in 'noentry'. If Alex and Jay did have a battle to the death in the tunnel, I don't think Jay would then come back all "Is this blood?" afterward.

What if it was Jessica? Jay left her a message saying he's going to meet alone with Alex, Jessica knows this is the worst possible idea, and she's rushing to stop him. Thus the running at the beginning. Then she is coming across the blood stains, and sees the Operator. The camera cuts out shortly before Jay rushes in and gets them out of there. He saves the video to his laptop in their hotel room, hides the tapes and the harddrive, then they both go to sleep and have their blackouts.

I know this is really unlikely, but half of my fun with this series is coming up with crazy theories.

I may be crazy also but I actually really like this idea a whole lot. I'm thinking of taking this theory out for a nice dinner and maybe a movie. We aren't sure who has the chest cam, valid point.

And if Jay did kill Slendy's BFF, then it might explain why he has the chest camera in entry 27, he's scared Slendy is coming for him next, and if he gets dragged away in the night then maybe Jessica will have some way to trace him. It just didn't turn out that way.

I saw that too. I think it's more just a perfect alignment of a reflection with some light coming through a triangle through the trees. When you watch it, the "head" moves way too far away from that stationary triangle as Jay shifts in his seat.

I agree that it's most likely a reflection of light. The height to me just comes off as wrong, it reminds me of when I was just lurking and unregistered that there was a big discussion over TO being in the window. It just looks off.

It just goes to show how beautiful and amazing the cinematography can be in this series.

What people have to take into consideration is that, obviously, Jay's safe code is Jessica's number. But when he found the slip of paper with the code, the zero was the operator symbol. So, unless Jay got all Masky you have to think that whoever wrote it was in cahoots with the Operator, and knew the code to the safe.

Dang, my post didn't go through.
Maybe when Jay is moving like that in the car, he's using the camera to see if Slendy is there? I mean, when he's taking a video of himself, he can't see the visual tears or anything like that, so maybe it's to make sure Slendy isn't there when he watches the tape later?

I find it very interesting that Alex mentions that he didn't "have any psychopaths wearing masks" following him or people breaking into his house before Jay came around. This sort of sounds like maybe Masky and Co. are connected to Jay. As much as I would like to think that Alex is in on it, I am starting to think that Jay has a lot more to do wtih Masky(s) then he is letting on.

A theory that this post caused me to come up with: Anything related to the Marble Hornets film that Alex comes into contact with causes TO to know where Alex is, which is why he wanted the tapes burned, why he moved, and why he wasn't ever too pleased with helping Jay. Though this would only make sense if Alex is in fact not helping TO, which Troy and Joseph may be doing just to throw off everyone who thinks Alex is in cahoots with TO. Wouldn't that be a twist? Alex is in fact not helping TO and he's just a stressed out asshole who's had so much contact with Slendy that cameras distort when he starts feeling strong emotions.

Assuming that the symbol isn't a form of resistance to the Operator, which I'm pretty sure hasn't been proven although I may be wrong. It could be a way to try and ward him off?

Unless they figured the symbol to be a form of protection from O'Slendy. Has it been proven one way or another?

ToTheArk also uses the symbol and I don't think they're on the good side of 0-town

Not yet, I wonder if the answer lies in 38.5 Laughing But joking aside, it seems like more and more entries point towards 38 having a shit ton of answers. Must be why actions were taken to keep it from youtube.

Skimmed through all the pages so far and decided to post.

Nothing substantial, just my theories, speculations, and questions coming from this video. Most our obvious. You have been warned.

1.) Jay saying "In hindsight, I never should have called her." was him making his own connections. Jay believes that this is what leads to them staying at the hotel and later, as we all know, Jessica's mysterious disappearance.

2.) Because of this, I think this further proves the theory that Alex lying to Jessica a few entries back was him attempting to protect her. Jay brought The Operator in Jessica's life, and thus Jay indirectly caused her disappearance.

3.) I think within the next one or two entries, Jay and Jessica are going to meet up in person in an attempt to find out what's going on/find Amy/etc.

4.) I believe that in a later entry it will all come full circle and we will see Jay and Jessica checking into the hotel, only for something BIG to happen afterwards that causes them to lose their memory.

5.) I don't think we'll ever see Jay and Alex in contact again; at least not in person during this season. Because of this, I can see Alex being the person in the tunnel running from the Operator in entry 29.

6.) I find it amusing/stupid that Jay was just sitting there in his car after the events in the last entry. I don't know about you guys, but if I was in his position, I wouldn't just run from Alex's house to my car. I'd drive and drive probably the entire night.

7.) I wish we had answers to this, but why does Alex and Jessica continuously have distortion in their voices? Clearly something like this isn't supposed to go unnoticed. The vast majority of the time Jessica spoke, there was distortion in the audio, just as there is with Alex in recent entries. I are confused.

8.) Hopefully we see the contents of the mysterious tape soon. The more they talk about it, the more important to the plot it gets.

9.) Alex never answering Jay regarding how he got out of the apartment could be one of two things. 1.) If you go by the theory that Alex can't see TO anymore, then Alex probably didn't understand why Jay was asking and was too angry to stop and question Jay. Or 2.) Alex really is doing something evil and didn't want to answer. Either way, our questions weren't answered here.

10.) I'm trying to think of what else to comment on in the video.

11.) I give up.
