 		My main qualm with TTA helping Jay is because there hasn't be a message to the effect of:

"Yo Jay, it's your main man Tim. That thing stalking you? It's called the Operator. Alex has something to do with it. It's fucked up my life for 4 years now. But I escaped for a while, lemme give you a call and I'll give you some help".

This made me think of the crazy idea that it was Jay who put the operator on that video (editing) because he saw/knew what scared them off. (him??)

i know this was not received well the first time i said it (someone hilariously compared it to the MH finale being TO masturbating)

but just an explanation since it REALLY looks like TO from another entry.

p.s. i dont believe this idea.

EDIT:
though there is the obvious slendy image tear right before masky & hoody look up. which adds more to discredit my story-ruining thought.

I always thought that was the entire point of that particular arc, honestly. After Jay sees the truth of what happened at the end of the MH project (Entry #22), and after The Operator appears for the first time in three years (Return), TTA is adamant that Jay come back to Brian's house, and finally Jay gives in and goes... only to get freaked out and completely disregard the most important part of the whole thing. It seemed like they wanted to show him something, but, for whatever reason (most likely his safety), the mask was a prerequisite.

No wonder Tim set your apartment on fire, Jay. Rolling Eyes

I always thought the mask was a way of taunting him, but this. This makes so much sense. My mind was blown as well.

 		That was a pretty common theory back when season 1 was still happening. It hasn't been disproved by any of the newer events either, as far as I can think.

 		So frustrating that after all of this time, it hasn't been proven or disproved yet. It's part of why I am hoping that we get some answers to TTA's involvement some time soon! Can they possibly wind up on the same side?!

I would be willing to bet money that TTA and Jay end up on the same side - or, rather, we see that they've always been on the same side from the beginning.

 		I really hope so! That's been on of the things that I've been dying to see. It's probably just a fangirl mindset, but never the less it would be fun to see how it all panned out! And Alex is such a tool... to see Jay give some comeuppance for the last god knows how many years (five now?!) of crappy lifestyle-age... that'd be nice.
