 		I just got Christina's dad's email. She said he doesn't check it very often, and asked me not to mention her name to him. It might take a while to get a response, but it might be worth it.


Any questions you can think of for him, if I can get an interview?

Oh fantastic! I think this is our best hope at this point. Maybe find out why he was so inspired to investigate the case after it was deemed "cold"? He must have 'smelled' something.

Also maybe he will have some personal notes/files from his investigations that he would be willing to share. And of course, if he knew anything about Mordred Black. Oh, and why the wife was out of town and the incoming and then outgoing for call to/from her.

That Mordred Black might have been the M from the redacted memo for sure. But seems like some govt force put a heavy hand on the PD to close this case ASAP. Why? Maybe he wondered too? At least he is still alive!

 		If there is one thing I have learned about detectives its that cold cases haunt them every day. I would suggest that we could help him finally close this case so that it does not guilt him anymore. Detectives pride themselves on being able to solve cases. He may say he gave up but I doubt he really has completely.

 		Daniel agreed to an email interview, so I've sent off some questions to him. will keep you updated!

Haven't heard back from Detective Ross yet, he just asked me who I was working for and that was it, buuut Christina said he doesn't check it very often, so we might be waiting for a while, I really do hope he decideds to help us.


I also haven't heard back from Helen. After my interview with Daniel is over I'll ask him to mention it to her.

 		I've got the interview with detective ross. I'll post the questions and answers when him and daniel respond.

Also, Mordred black's email addy has been posted, along with his son's. No other info has been posted on them.


Just a tip, when you're sending out emails, make sure you use your badge number, it saves the 'who is this' email, lol.

Okay, I got this from gmail when I tried to send an email to Mordred.

i asked him if he remembers anything out of the ordinary about his father in the months leading up to the murder. and if any people came by that seemed strange

My father always had time for me and my sister, until about 6 weeks before his death. He seemed more preoccupied, that meant less time for playing catch, or tea parties with both of us.





I remember one man, he visited our house only two times. I remember him because he had a heavy accent, I couldn't place it at the time, but I now know his accent was from Russia, or some Slavic country. I think my dad introduced him as Mr. Noir. I remember hearing him chuckle every time he said Mr. Noirs' name, as if he was enjoying a joke that only he knew about.

 		Trying to decipher the link on the bottom of the cabinet... It looks to me like:

youtu.be/4q22mWKOAk

But when I try to go to it, Youtube tells me it's a malformed video link. I'm not sure on the W and O, though - I'm squinting at the screen and they both look funny. The W looks like VV (also doesn't work), and I've tried both O and 0.

Anyone have better luck?

If there is, I don't know it. The only photo restoration I know how to do in Photoshop is with the clone tool, which wouldn't help rebuild text. :/ Hopefully another employee has more skill in that department.

I did find that using VV instead of W brings the error of "The video you have requested is not available. If you have recently uploaded this video, you may need to wait a few minutes for the video to process." Seems more promising - maybe using W makes the URL short one character.

Still doesn't help with the other letters. I've tried putting the URL into Google, in case it's a lead to a website with the Youtu.be in to throw us off, but nothing came up.
