 		I'm thinking maybe this "brother" person is on Leo's side. He wants to show Leo how he's going crazy and wants to help him stop it before he falls into the slender man's grasp.

Here, the (What is that bloody stump?) mystery is solved. However, I do not think that the entry ended because he saw a severed foot. He left a lot of questions unanswered and the description seems odd.

 		It is unsettling that Leo would do this. He clearly wasn't comfortable with the whole situation, but why take this course of action? We'll just have to see how this all turns out.

 		The situation really peaked in this entry! I feel that the inclusion of a intro and end segment took away from the tension some, but it makes sense.

I can just imagine what was going through that cop's head as the Slender Man strolled up to him. In that same scene I noticed something happening with the Slender Man's head after 2:18

Does anyone else see it or is it just in my mind?

I think it is just distortion. The either the head moved really fast or the video distorted around it.
