Wow, I don't really remember whether I used my Google Voice number to call Daniel Miller from FAILTECH (I guess so?) because I just got a text message:

Same here, although we shouldn't assume it was from Daniel himself. Interesting text. Those who didn't do FAILTECH Ep2 won't be getting this, but that's the message anyway.

Unless they really wanted you to find them, maybe we should not actually lookup their address. Beside, TINAG, then this number is a central "corporate" number which is a global access number for the company... it's the same number on their contact page http://e2.failtechnologies.com/#/Contact-Us-03-00/

plus, I did a reverse lookup of the address in the past (yes, I did try to look for their address as well) and ended up with nothing....

EDIT:

the fact that the number has been specially selected to end with 3245 (FAIL) means that they have specifically requested this number, which mean they could also request to prevent any reverse number lookup for their own privacy...

That may be but I found it...Just give me a little info and I can find anyone. I digress, I cant narrow it down .. So you have san antonio.. and whose to say that wasn't spoofed... the number could be in game and the person you have the message from is from San Antonio... So we might have a base location for failtech

well, since you haven't followed failtech from the start, here's some locations they have already used.... including some of MY understanding and opinion

FAILTECH has five facilities, Colorado (I think this is their central/main facility), Alberta (not much used in the game), Antarctica (where most of failtech episode 1 and 2 has been running around), France (not used, yet), and Far Eastern (somewhere in the "far east", not used, yet)

then, later in episode 3, we "activated" another facility which is the Space Command Facility, located in Greenland.

Also their space station is also considered as a facility by LAINSY, is called the Earth Galactic Station... However, as established in game, the Earth Galactic Station does not work if the Space Command Facility (also called "Greenland Facility in-game) is offline.

Regarding FAILTECH locations, it has been established that their main office is at Toronto, Canada.. other than that, Daniel also has his FAILTECH office down there in Texas,... other than those locations, no other locations has been used in the game.

Now there you go, a summary of FAILTECH location already revealed, which includes Texas.

I got the text message as well. 10-4 on everything zeighy, punxtr, and posse are saying. I looked for info about a Texas location early on simply because I am geographically close to there. I don't think trying to figure out anything with the phone number will get us anywhere. Wouldn't it be cool if we were able to do some real world phone and text communication with the characters and maybe even do some real world, foot to the pavement, searches for clues? If there is one thing I like as much as a good cipher, it's a good treasure hunt.

I know we are kind of treating this as a stand alone, but has anyone tried asking Lainsy about Ruby? Did anyone else notice on the blog he said he was talking to Arnold? The cleaning bot? Thought it was funny. Maybe he doesn't clean because he is busy doing other mischievous things.

Has anyone asked Daniel about Number 45459? I didn't want to broach the subject unless I had to, so I merely mentioned Number 45459 and didn't go into any details. I am not exactly who is trustworthy or who to consider to be on Number 45459's side -- Daniel is nice and all, but is FAILTECH the enemy in this situation?
