Yes, you are correct in your assumption. That link to sound-cloud is exactly what it seems. After Googling the DJ's name that was mentioned in the description, I discovered the below link.

As you can see, once you visit it, it was hit by UC. I've been putzing about, hopefully finding the other part of it.

 		For future reference please use spoiler tags. The people at the IE Forms seem to have effectively found the answers to this week and last before by using google to find web pages with similar elements to the ones that are up. The IE people seem to not care about being covert , so it looks like we will be having answers popping up ahead of time. Hooray for broken games and the people that break them.

 		I didn't see anyone post today's clue, so here it is: "What the city hears. You should listen."

I think that this week was relatively easy, help from the IE forums or not. If anyone needs any help, just let me know, but I don't think it will be needed.

No, I got that as well. I had the same message for the.. 3rd clue, I believe? The one with the patch? Your name is put into a drawing, but you can only win one prize.


I also liked how

 		As for the Umbrella Corp website, 99% sure it's utter spam-crap. I've never played any of the RE games, or saw the movies, or anything, but I have been to a few in-game and spam sites, and I wouldn't trust this site.

i think the sites blocked by umbrella are just there to give the sight more of a reality... cuz if you tink about it all the sites that got blocked are a little to ovious..

 		that whole "umbrella" is tracking you.... well i copyed the text in that window that pops up... and i googled the ip address... and it said it was in ohio... i live incolumbus... so i think thay are trackin us

Whenever you connect to a site, it logs your IP. They can easily hack the site, and then get it so it logs out IP's and tracks us. They are on to us and I think they know what we are doing. It's likely that they are ignoring us for the time being, trying to locate our figurehead. Cut off the head, and the body dies.
