 		I think this is either
A) A notification that something BIG is coming, or
B) Totheark will soon approach Jay directly.

I think there's room for both! I think if TTA is going to get proactive it's going to be after the next Entry. TTA is clearly very, very keen to make sure Jay sees and pays attention to the next bit coming up, and I figure that he, she, they or it won't want to disrupt things until Jay sees and shows the thing that TTA wants him to see and show. But at the same time, I think there's a strong chance that TTA will take direct action once it's confirmed that Jay has seen the thing he needs to see.

EDIT TO ADD: Video description seems significant on this point.

Which would seem to imply that TTA wants Jay to keep watching and posting the tapes and is going to take action once the good bit's over.

I think that the description, at this point, is THE most significant thing about this video. He will find you... You, I assume, meaning Jay. He's no longer out to scare Jay. He's telling Jay to remain where he is possibly, so that he can approach him?

Kinda makes me hope that Jay just stands up, says "F*** you, Alex, F*** you, totheark, I'm doing this shit my OWN way from now on."

 		Alright everyone Theory time from Sarlac!!!!

J is going to be following Alex. Alex goes into the tunnel. J is watching and he sees Alex do something. He runs up on Alex and pushes him trying to stop him from doing something ( like trying to kill masky again ) Alex falls hitting his head on the rock killing him. Tim runs off J takes everything off of Alex his chest camera his tapes in his camera bag everything and leaves. Comes back a couple days later finding the blood but no body just Alex's bloody t-shirt looking up and seeing the operator. Hence why 7 months were completely gone from his memory. Sometimes people block stuff out of their memory because they don't want to deal with it yet.

 		going with the "twins" from the last TTA response, and now showing Alex's face over Hoody, makes me think that Hoody is somehow involved with Alex (brother? Alex from future? lolalex?)
I think we have to keep those clues in mind (from past TTAs)

with that, we could be lead to believe that "THE BEST PART" involves Alex, hoody, and Tim.
I agree with the above poster who said that slendy would not have made broken twig noises, and that it is in fact a mask.
Leading to:
Jay brought the masks to the tunnel. The masks will ambush Alex again.
we could watch video from alex's camera, where he is attacked by the masks (twins?) and this is "THE BEST PART" the masks finish what they started.

another idea:

remainseated.
Since Jay has been hiding out watching tapes, uploading entries, etc this could be directed at him, as TTA know where he is, to remain seated (infront of computer, tv, etc) as they are on their way.
This could lead to the next video being present day, Jay being attacked at home/hideout.

just somemore nonsensical ideas from my end.

remember that in season 1 when TTA said something similar it caused Jay to do the exact opposite and leave his apartment before it was set on fire...
So surely something similar is going on, although I expect Jay to stay this time and try for answers rather than run away.

could easily be referring to Alex's(?) fate in the tunnel bearing in mind where entry #48 left us. After all, we know that TTA aren't too keen on Alex.

I think that TTA will not attack Jay but give him answers that he never wanted to hear he will become inraged and then there will be battle at the tunnel In which the masky/TTA brigade go to battle Alex and Mr.Oppy. Jay will come and be undecided as to what side to go on and will watch for the time being, he will have his chestcam concelead so the Operator can't go supernatural on all of his old friends, the operator bwill then use a massive amount of energy to teleport them into his own realm in which he wcan move freely, he will not have realised he brought Jay accidently and therfor a camera. The Operator had to use much energy to bring a camera in here and is tired out. He has faith his pet(Alex) wwill defend him for long enough but can't and they find a way to trap slendy in his own dimension
How the camera will be able to see anything in this scenario i have no idea but i think it's be cool if theyh did it like this.

SO i think TTA gives Jay the answer at the begining of season 3 and the rest is them planning and ploting the atack then bam!

 		I thought it was pretty clear that the text saying "THIS IS THE BEST PART" was referring to the audio saying "You've done nothing but make everything worse". TTA is trying to quote that to J.
