HAHAHA lmao This is actually exactly how I think of Blasky. Why does everyone think he's like a totally chill dude? He's portrayed as a bat shit insane but totally evil genious revenge seeker. Sorry, kind of OT, but just curious why everyone seems to think of him as just some guy in a mask.

Hey, been stalking the forums and watching Marble Hornets since the start of season 2. Decided to join today because I realized how creepy it was to log onto a website for the sole purpose of watching other people talk. So, just call me KT, I'm male, 20, work as an IT tech for a local ISP, and love MH.

So I noticed discussion on a few pages back about how the person at the end of 29 could be someone other then the operator, namely Alex. I took it upon my exceptional MSpaint skills to make this masterpeice:

I think it's pretty up in the air. The lighting is quite different, as is the distance, and the height of that end of the tube. It could really go either way.

On one hand, the figure in noentry has rounded shoulders, note how slendy has pretty square shoulders do to the padding on his dapper outfit. He has his legs a bit farther apart then slendy normally does. The arms also cut off around mid arm, this could be do to the figure wearing a t-shirt.

However, all of these could be disproven pretty easily. The shoulders and arms could be a trick of the light and distortion. As far as the stance, well the operator can technically stand however the hell he wants.

OOG:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Also, I think the person at the end of 29 looks more "human" then the thing they use for slendy... Though this is completely my opinion and holds no basis in fact

Nice work! Additional note that makes more sense. NoEntry was clearly filmed from farther back (note that in NoEntry, you can see the full semicircle of the tunnel's entrance, but in 49 it's cut off on the right-hand side of the camera). It doesn't look like it's a distorted repost of 49, but rather as if TTA had stuck a hidden camera a bit farther back to catch the same, or similar instances. There's a noted lack of body around the feet of the NoEntry figure, but this doesn't have to be the same video, honestly. Alex could have been doing this kind of thing for awhile, or 49 could be the first time he did it and NoEntry displays that the trend has continued.

I was actually saying that maybe if we find more footage of what happens after 29/noentry, we will discover that it wasn't the operator who ambushed the poor camera man, but it was Alex instead.

Whether Alexs/Slendy actually attacked the cameraman, who I'm going to assume is Jay, or just wiped his memory to protect him, I have no idea.

edit: replaced attack with ambush, as we're not sure what happens after noentry

I'm just glad my theory is taking off... considering I made it before we could compare it to entry #49. I still see plenty of inconsistencies myself, but I hope they smooth out.

If it is Alex and he is causing that much distortion.. I don't want to be the camera guy.

Yeah, that's what I consider an inconsistency. I don't Alex would ever get that 'distorted' (rather than saying 'slendysick', it sounds better to me).

The outline of a t-shirt in both the arms and the waist is very define IMO. Also, I don't think anyone has brought this up yet but in the 29 screenshot the very skinny arms have little blobs at the end that resemble hands where as in the picture of the operator in 49 he has no hands at all.

It's like Nietzsche once said; "He who fights monsters should see to it that he himself does not become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you."

I think Alex, through his constant and studious paranoia, has made himself vulnerable.

I've also been thinking about this, and the question "how did he get the chest camera, and the banquet of footage that has been filmed with that?" And quite frankly, I don't think any good, puritan answers are coming to that question.

It's those thoughts that led me to think of Alex as, literally, broken. It made me think of how strange what many thought was the Operator looked in noentry. It seemed off. Now that we have something to compare it with, I'm sticking with it.

I do love Nietzsche, when appropriate!

Hey man, welcome. Pretty new myself. Anyway, your post is super misleading. After Alex smashes Bruce's face, he adopts a stance that EXACTLY matches the figure in noentry. I personally believe this wasn't to suggest the figure is Alex, but to remind the viewer of noentry and to show that Alex is now officially SIMILAR and/or in league with the operator. The figure in noentry is undoubtedly Op, but Alex does in fact adopt the exact same stance.

EDIT:
Here is the comparison.

As you can see, besides the ones mentioned in the picture, similaritys also include Alex's bent knee, his head and arm positions, and room between the legs. This picture is credited to ReverendJ.

All three positions (from noentry and 49) are different. I'm assuming this is due to filming, though the angle in noentry is different from that in 49. The figure in noentry stands with his head tilted, and neither figure in 49 does. I'm with Zachariah on this, that Alex's stance is meant to be evocative of the Operator's.

Could it be possible that if it was Alex at the end of the tunnel in noentry and even if he is suffering from slendyHIV that he's not actually the one who caused the distortion. Maybe the operator was in the vacinity (at the other end of the tunnel to trap Jay in?) and that's why there was so much distortion? That's proven possible in some of the very first entries where all the audio was distorted without a slendy in sight. Just a thought

Alex:120 pounds. Random Guy: 200 pounds.

Alex throws Random Guy to the ground and choke him.

Seems legit.

Alex is supposed to look like The Operator in that shot, but it's likely just some hipster symbolism bullshit

The figure in #29 is clearly The Operator.
