You know, I always thought the logical answer to this riddle was that the girl's mother was phone. I mean, the guy never specified that it was a male voice on the end of the line....

Maybe I'm overthinking things.

Yep! After #49 I fired up the ol' Kindle and reread those parts of JD@TE. It was the first thing I thought of. The disappeared guy's name is Todd.

I can see a few possible explanations for why there's no info on Bruce's disappearance. If he has been erased alá Todd, what does that say about Amy (and Seth, and maybe Brian and the rest of those Alex calls "gone")? The question of why Amy's disappearance hasn't caused a bigger uproar from other friends and family has always nagged me. Is it possible that Alex, Jay, and Jessica are somehow resistant to that type of erasure? Is that why Jay and Jess get the whole 7 months erased: because someone couldn't erase just Amy so they had to go deeper? But if that's the case, then wouldn't Jess had to have had several years erased, since her memory of Amy extends beyond seven months?

Of course, it's also possible that Amy *isn't* gone. Maybe she just "forgot" her encounter with The Operator, and she's whole and healthy somewhere.

As for Bruce, from a purely storytelling standpoint: if he stays dead, I'd kind of like to see some of the original Slenderman mythos get incorporated and have his body be found in a tree. If they go with the Blessed Forest mythology, which seems more likely, maybe we'll see a burnt tree and the rest will be implied. I dunno, it's all pure spec of course.

 		dunno if this has been posted yet (probably has, but just in case), the guy who picked up the camera looks kinda like the guy from Entry #31.

Of course in 31 he wears that hoody, and we only see their face for a short bit of time. But I'm sure they're the same person.

Is it coincidence that he picked up Alex's camera, and then later crossed paths with Jay in the woods?

Not to mention, if he had the camera, at some point, someone intercepted him to get the footage that Jay now has.

And if he watched what was on the tape in the camera, it's possible he's been tagged by the Operator, like Jay has.

Any thoughts?

 		Anyone else notice Alex's hand twitch while he's just chilling in the tunnel? Don't know what time but it reminded me of Classified. I don't know just trying to bring life into the forum.

 		For some reason I think entry 50 will be like the ending to the movie se7en.

I have no idea what would make me think this but heres what think the scene will look like.

He twitches at 2:11. The same twitch (in the same hand) happens in Entry #43 at 6:36.
