For those stuck on the anagram, assuming you've gotten the correct letters ...

I'm still stuck on the civil man question?

I'm not sure i've got the right letters, but still. A question:
are letters of the anagram mixed between the words or is it two anagrams (i.e. first 5-letter word is made of first 5 letters and second 6 of the last 6).

right now my "anagram solution" is

Letters are mixed and need to be put into two words. You have one letter wrong
