My correspondence with this Bill character is frustrating to say the least. Seems odd to me that a person with a missing daughter would be so hesitant about doing something that might lead to information.

Wow I wish that I had more useful info to provide like all of you guys do. I git the info back from the guy at CBALtech, but the info just seems a verification of what we alknow there. Some of it may answer some questions but its largely review. I will post it up when I have a propper computer to do it from, and not a cell phone ready.

I guess I will try emailing Cody? I don't have a lotta facebook access like this, so thats ALL I can think of!

Did a full analysis of the picture. First off, the "San Jose Enquirer" that has the article on it is actually a New York Times. The "California Times" is actually a Dallas Morning News and the "San Francisco Press" is a Wall Street Journal. That makes me think that we aren't going to find any other clues on there, it's more for show to make it look like a stack of California papers when the PM probably didn't have them available. I was at first considering the possibility that the dates of the papers meant something but now it's pretty clear they dont. As for the legal pad, interesting stuff actually. It wasn't mentioned here but whichever one of you is Joshua Egged on FB was trying to decipher what it said. I've got most of it. The column header is not Historical but Historia, everything written on the page is in spanish. They are the last three presidents of Mexico, the dates next to them indicate their inauguration, 1988-Carlos Salinas, 1994- Zedillo (Ernesto Zedillo) and 2000-Vicente Fox. I get the feeling that the legal pad is just their to further the illusion that this is someone's research because these are very much real life people and decidedly OOG. (I think that goes without saying) If anything on the legal pad is important it's the word under Carlos Salinas which I can't quite make out, but like I said, I'd venture to guess that the blogspot link is all that's important on this particular picture.

I got the envelope on Tuesday, but wasn't home to get it.

I'm going to throw this out there, but it's a complete hunch. The wording of the letter sounded a lot like the video for the Armadyne ARG for Neill Blomkamp's upcoming film. http://armadyne.net/ Not sure if there's any connection, but it sounded a bit similar.

Additionally, I'd like to mention that this was sent to me through my address on MovieViral.com. That could indicate that this is for a movie, or it could just be because we cover ARGs too.

Was it your typical daemon mail return? Possibly any info encrypted within that could crack the puzzle further?

Also, last night, while half-asleep, something about those newspapers bugged the hell out of me. Notice how one or two of the articles were blurred out slightly? Maybe there is something else there worth looking into.
