Why is there a scan in with his file? The picture in the lower right hand corner. That is an ultrasound it looks like. Of what I'm not sure, but there is also a letter G visible.

Not ultrasound, but looks more like a side view from an MRI or CAT scan... The top image is a cranial scan.

Many companies do psyche evals on their employees, an MRI also wouldn't be too far a stretch of the imagination..

I'm tempted to think that he has some sort of memory implant and that was a scan to see if it was functional/make sure it's still working/etc.

This seems like the type of company that would test on its employees - maybe they take CAT scans or MRIs of them to keep track of the implants?

My next assumption is that if that were the case Cory wouldn't know since, given the ability to implant memories into the people with the implants, the company wouldn't bother telling him he's had the surgery, or they'd edit out that part of his memory.

I suppose I should go fashion myself a tinfoil hat now. Haha

Well, this definitely looks pretty interesting. I'm going to sign up to be a test subject and see how things pan out. The cranial scan is pretty odd; unless Cory is undergoing some sort of treatment or research at Veil, I don't think he should have films like that in his employee file.

Someone NEEDS to find out a way to desteg the memo. I downloaded a program that would read hidden text but not reveal images. It pulled up a bunch of random characters from eve.bmp and a lot more for the memo.

Gah, OpenPuff works with PNGs, but absolutely requires at least one password. (It allows up to three, and has support for decoy passwords! ) Haven't been able to get any of the other programs I downloaded to work. /sigh

Okay, so I messed around in Gimp with the pictures, trying to do the overlay thing that worked in the LAGP ARG, and here's what I got
ETA: That was done in Gimp, 16.01 w/ difference filter over 4.10 w/ addition filter
