Maybe someone who is talking with Alice should ask her about this last image. Maybe her or her husband got a call from someone asking about Alec's resignation in 1997. See what she says or ask her/him to tell us about it?

New email from DS3. Will post a photo in a few.

There is some sort of quote, haven't looked it up yet. Written in a sort of journal or planner. On the left side is a list of numbers and several blanks. It looks like a list of the file names that have been sent, which means there are a lot more to come.

Hmm...

I sent a message to Joseph of CBALtech a day or two ago. He opened up a bit for the "Newspaper story" I was writing, but now I'm trying to play it a bit more straight with him.

Here's hoping once he responds to me he'll be more open.

I don't think the name of this file is meant to be included in that list. I think this is supposed to be a key of sorts to unlock whatever info the others hold.

The lines are again from Frankenstein. I am going through them now, because I have seen some discrepancies in the text. I'll post them as soon as I am able.

EDIT: Okay. Looking over the passages, each one has one word missing from the text that I read. I will have the missing word in brackets [].

Hmm so if those 4 quotes each have a word missing I wonder if any of the past quotes we have got also had missing words? Anyone care to check?

That is a good point. Perhaps that list shows the order of the missing words (if any) from ALL the passages to form a message...

EDIT: I quick review, 7.00 refers to the inter-office memo of Veil's resignation as CEO. Unless there is something in that picture that is off and gives us a word, that may not be the case..

Newbie here, so feel free to let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I just signed up to be a participant in Veil's experiment earlier this afternoon. :waves:

I tried making a list of contents and dates for all the DS3 pics received so far to see if there was any correlation between contents and the numbers. I was thinking maybe all emails would have a sequence on the binary side or something like that. So far, no obvious patterns, although the two grainy Veil photos are the only ones in the twenties on the first number.

Other observations on the photos:

The "Veil Contracts" USB drive appears on both 12.11 and 14.1, both of which are emails about Alec leaving/being missing.

20.01 has only one "Polaroid" in the stack, 27.347 has about six.

This is probably unimportant, but I find it a little odd that Cory's security badge says "Member Since" his date of hire. I've never seen that sort of terminology for an employee. The expiration date is also a bit strange for an employee pass.

I will probably put a bit more work into this tonight.
