Thanks for posting that, nichiera. For some reason, I didn't get this one from DS3. As far as I know, nobody's been in contact with Mr. Coyne thus far, right? If he did indeed take over after Veil left, I wonder if he might have some more information for us concerning Veil's objectives?

Another new email from DS3. Mentions IRIS, a potential cyberterrorist group. Memo is from CIA & dated 2002. Sonoma county in northern California is highlighted.

I believe that the watermark on the image of Silva's desk belonged to IRIS (Information Retrieval and Infiltration Services). I wonder what their motives are?

The plot thickens. IRIS is apparently working against the CIA. Or Veil, specifically, given the localized nature of the organization.

I'm putting together a timeline of events, based off the emails and info on the Presidio, CBSLtech, and Veil websites. So far, the only major thing I've noticed is that Project-77 started in 2007, according to the VN website, while Oct 15, 2007 is the fate for the meeting mentioned in the CIA memo about Veil contracting for the chips. Could be the reason for starting Project-77.

On an unrelated note, do we know what CBAL in CBALtech stands for? I don't think its important, but it's been bugging me.

Alright, development time!

It took all weekend, but I finally received the packet that started this all. In my hands, I hold the 72-page (yes, I hand-counted several times) packet from Veil that Cory told us was given to him anonymously one day.

Now, while smaller than what he'd told us, it's still pretty impressive - and when I say pretty impressive, I mean it follows the whole level of professionalism we've seen thus far. And I won't lie, it's pretty bad=fuckin'=ass. I'm actually kind of glad it's smaller - it'll make what I'm about to do much easier.

Obviously, me typing the pertinent stuff could take forever - and at that point, I might as well type up the whole packet. Scanning it will take awhile, too, but I will get around to it. What my first step is going to be, really, is making copies of it. I'm going to go to my local Staples today or tomorrow or sometime in the next few days and make several copies of the entire packet, in its entirety, and mail it to whomever wants one.

Already, I've found some interesting things, and I've only read maybe 20-30 pages of it. I'll try to relay as much as I can here, but until I get these packets out to other people, it might take me awhile - the more people that have this packet, the better, and the better chance we have at figuring it all out.

So in the next few days, whoever wants one, if you could kindly PM me your mailing address (makes it easier for me to organize), I will happily mail you one free of charge. And in the meantime, I'll try to scan these pages as best I can, and get them all uploaded.

Okay guys... big post here

seems lots of exciting stuff happening WHILE I WAS ON MY WAY TO EXIT 77! That's right, I managed to get out to the spot today. =]

I took the off-ramp of Exit 77 cause I didn't want to stop on the parkway if there wasn't gonna be anything there. But as I was passing it I noticed flowers sitting on the pole. There was a parking lot right across the street, so I parked and ran to the exit sign. I saw the flowers and I immediately noticed there was a usb drive attatched. I got so f**king excited, I took a picture, grabbed it and ran back to my car. The picture I took of the location is attatched.

Here are the contents of the USB drive, There are 3 files, I attatched the first 2 images, the 3rd file is a WAV file, I decided it was easiest to zip them all together, so the audio file is in the link above. i named the zip "UNTITLED" cause that was the name of the drive.

Holy hell, that's a damn crazy find. Great job, great stuff. I'm listening to the recording now, it's a little freaky to be honest. I'm trying to see if maybe the recording matches up at all to any of the stuff I'm reading in this packet.

EDIT: 2 things: 1) I think we should send the recording to Bill. This -might- be Eve that's talking right now. 2) I'm tinkering with the audio in Audacity to try and get rid of the background noise, or isolate it so we can listen to it by itself, and listen to the main dialogue by itself. I see two audio tracks embedded within it already, so this might be easier than I thought.

I'll post back if I come up with anything.
