 		No, I don't think so... the coordinates for the drop are in a park, off a walkpath. But that could also be Cory's location?

 		Been busy again, so playing catch up.

Anyone else notice that the email from Veil had two picture attachments, or is it just mine that had two? I'm out and about, but will post a screen cap. The two pictures look identical, so I have no idea if it was an error or what...

 		Two pics, cards, oog question
I also got two pics of the chip 77 boxes, but I am rebuilding my main computer right now and all I have is my smartphone and netbook which don't have much and aren't big screens so I haven't been able to do much analysis on them. I was wondering the same.

The cards. I have figured out what the cypher is but I haven't gotten it decoded yet.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It's a Solitaire cipher which I first became aware of in the book Cryptonomicon. I have lent out the book so I don't have the original instructions (damn!) and the instructions online leave something to be desired. I did a run through and couldn't figure it out, and I am supposed to be working from home so I will try again after 5 central time lol. But if anyone else wants to give it a go, have fun. It is interesting. It seems to be a fun thing for people to try to program a decoder, but I couldn't find a pre-built decoder for it, and again not having a working desktop I can't get code snippets working with what I have right now. Sad
Oh and the letters between her toes (remember the story of the lady playing cards with her feet that Fill told?) are the key or the message, I am not sure.


Edit: Korinthian can you please double check the cards that you posted? 13 of diamonds is in there twice and one of the other kings (can't remember off hand, would need to go back and reorder to figure out, supposed to be working....) not at all. The code only works if there is every card in the deck once and only once. THX!

And the OOG question, which I have spoilered so if people are wanting to keep this TINAG feeling please disregard.

Did anyone ever figure out who is doing this and what it is for? The production values seem too high to be some sort of standalone game, but it also doesn't seem like they are going out of their way to get tons and tons of players (like you see with movies and games, the trailhead posted on commercials, etc). So I am confused. I know I saw a suggestion of Neil Blomkamp's new movie, but that didn't look right to me. Meh?

Good find on the Solitaire cipher - but you were right, I did botch on the 13 of Diamonds. I have now fixed it, as the first 13 of Diamonds was supposed to be 13 of Spades. My apologies. I'm going to scan that page in sometime today, that way everyone can see, but I just double-checked it. No Kings.

EDIT: I also got two pictures of the case of Chip-77, but I don't see a difference between them, at a glance anyways. But I'm also in a rush off to work, so..

 		I typed that confusingly. 13 = king in the cars. Ace = 1, Jack = 11, Queen = 12 and King = 13. So that there were two 13 of diamonds meant that there was one king missing, and I couldn't remember which one offhand since it wasn't in front of me. I was assuming the missing king was one of the 13 of diamonds, but I'd potentially have to decode twice, if I was wrong on which one...and you said it's the first one supposed to be 13 of spades, so I was wrong. Anyways, hopefully I will figure this out tonight!

EDIT: Hey, jenni42ld: I know you were mentioning looking for a decoder/encoder for the Solitaire cipher. I found two:

 		Hrm I think we are missing something with the solitaire cypher. It needs three parts: the deck order (check), the keystream (I think this is the letters between her toes, since Fill talked about the lady playing cards with her feet), and the encrypted data that we need to decrypt (missing?). Is there another string of letters or something that I am not finding, that I missed? Or, I guess we have the data to send this information to someone...Fill, I guess, since Cassandra is probably dead. We'd potentially be able to securely communicate with him. So that's a thought. He'd have the necessary details.

Korinthian, me too on the chip casings. I make jewelry and I so want one...*drool*

And on the OOG stuff...so that's what this isn't, I still wonder what it is.

 		I have not seen the image of letter between the toes, but wasn't there a string of gibberish in the journal? Looked to be a single sentence. That, or we've not yet received the encoded text.

 		There was no pic of the toes, it was something she said in the journal. So I think we're thinking of the same thing. But you're right, we may not have the encrypted text yet.
