OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!
'Tis that time of year again! The UnFiction Sekrit Santa 2011 is upon us. You may notice, Addle isn't running it this year, but never you fear! She passed reins to me, your faithful winter Pixie!

If you wish to participate, there are two ways to join in the fun. First, if you have previously participated then you should be getting an email from Elfster inviting you – just follow the directions {IF you have previous years and did NOT get the email, log into your elfster and make sure your email is up to date}.
If you have not participated before, pm me on the forums or on twitter, or you can email me deaddestSPLATaolDOTcom BEFORE DECEMBER 1st!

Every year someone gets stiffed. It isn't fair to the recipient, and you'd be upset if it was you, so don't do it to someone else.

Elfster is going to draw names on DECEMBER 1st. You have to have your gifts in the mail by DECEMBER 15th!!!!!

Our spending limit is $25. That's not to say you have to spend $25, or even spend at all. I'll elaborate on this point by quoting Addle & paraphrasing myself from last year's thread:

When the names are drawn, you can ask your giftee anonymous questions on Elfster, such as "coffee or tea" or "fave color?" Those of us who have done this multiple years already have some answers up, and that helps. Also, you can fill out your profile with info, including linking to wishlists {ex. amazon, thinkgeek, hot topic, etc}

In my past I've received very personal & ARG related gifts {a sweet letter from someone important to me & game swag} as well as just general things i wanted {i'm greedy, my wishlists over floweth, LOL}.

People have made puzzle trails for others, or just puzzles themselves. One year Celina got a most EPIC puzzle box that was hand made by Rogi, a puzzle box might I add that has come to ARGFest and stumped quite a few people!

This is really one of those times when it REALLY is the thought that counts!
