 		Interesting... makes me suspect that either:

a) Jay's been manipulating the Entries and not telling us.
b) TTA managed to get access to and cull frames from the tapes during the hotel stay.

Either one makes me inclined to not completely trust what we're seeing this season.

 		I still don't understand where this whole thing about J being an unreliable narrorator came from. I mean, if he really wanted to hide something, wouldn't he have just not started the youtube channel in the first place?

Hmm, you mean like an Extraction?

I think the unreliable narrator idea comes from footage like this, as well as his blackouts/lost time. He could be unreliable on purpose, manipulating footage as a strategic move--to play the game or keep himself safe. Or he could be unaware of what his own body is doing under the influence of one of those parties. An unwilling tool, so to speak. As for not posting the footage, that only makes sense if he started out unreliable from the beginning, or if he had another way of staying in the game. He could've started out innocent but gotten sucked in. Now he keeps playing because he's got his own stake in the outcome. The audience and the clips are his only way of playing.

These are just my ideas on a line of spec I don't particularly ascribe to. I'm playing devil's advocate a bit.

Edit: I'm using "game" here as in how the mafia could be said to be playing a game. I'm not implying there's some kind of eldritch Monopoly going on. God I need to sleep!

That always sort of made me wonder too. But I kind of feel like it's possible Tim was trying to chase Jay away more than anything. I mean if he was wise enough to get someone else to do the running for him in Entry #45, why wouldn't he do the same to catch Jay in the hotel?

 		J as an unreliable narrator came from a very early e-mail to ToTheArk (or message on his youtube channel if you wanna nitpick). Someone asked him if they could trust J, and to paraphrase, in his cryptic manner he said something to the effect of 'no because he is human'

EDIT: his exact response was: 'human, therefore no'

Yeah, this is something I'll be intrigued to see once the series ends. TTA was fairly obsessed with The Ark in S1. This season, TTA doesn't make much mention of The Ark at all. We could assume that TTA found The Ark and is now moving past that point into other territory (for example, being really aggressive and bitter towards Jay). Or maybe finding The Ark is less Jay's concern now - he's already apparently wasted too much time, and doesn't hate enough for TTA's tastes. Maybe TTA found another way to find The Ark.

That all said I AM SO EXCITED FOR ENTRY #50!!!
