 		Wouldn't it be interesting if those papers were some sort of bizarre alarm system which alerted Alex to "Return Home" when the drawer was opened. That's a bit abstract though, and probably easily defeated by writing "Don't" on it. "Don't Run"

 		important: when alex and jay split, tim decided to follow jay instead of alex.

how jay talked to jessica on the phone gave me the impression there was something there.

glad jay could actually do something competently for once without it backfiring in his face!

alex is obviously pretty positive jay has his key, he just wants it back. interested to see how it gets broken.

 		I think Tim might have followed Jay with the intention of leading him to the tunnel.

Has anyone looked at the frames around 7:15 when the distorted sound makes a brief appearance? Is anything visible?

 		I saw it mentioned way way back in the beginning and no one said ANYTHING about it, so I thought I would reintroduce it, because I was also super interested when I saw it:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
At about 7:20, Jay is chasing Tim through the woods. It's twilight, almost completely dark, then, there's a cut, and the next thing we see, Tim is standing at the mouth of the tunnel... and it's bright morning outside.


What happened there, and what does everyone think about that?

I'm pretty sure what you're seeing is the contrast between the darkness in the forest and the quality of light once he clears the dark forest. I think it was *starting* to get dark, but dusk was a little while away. I'm willing to be proved wrong, but it doesn't seem like morning at the mouth of the tunnel.

Also, fwiw, I don't think Alex was trying to imply anything between Jay and Jessica. All he says is "How are things with Jessica?" He doesn't say it in any sort of insinuating way, it just sounds like Jay's the only one who has contact with Jessica and Alex is genuinely wondering if anything's happening with her.

 		I... just see grass. Unless there's supposed to be a mini-Slendy peeking out from behind a blade of grass or something.

I do have to say that when I saw that shot, with all the grass in focus, I couldn't help but think that in any other film project, that would be some very "artsy" shot. Jay freaking out in the background kinda took away from that feeling here, though.

 		The thing about Tim being helpful is that he was a rampaging, limping gorilla when the season started.
If the Maskies are on Jay's side during the flashbacks, when does the shift happen? They obsessively want something Jay and Jessica have, and think they kept it in one of the safes. Maybe something Alex had, possibly the camera case and whatever is/was inside it.
I don't think the masky Jay chased was Tim. I think he assumes it's Tim, because he's not seen any maskies *other* then Tim so far. The only one who's seen more then one maskie at a time has been Alex.

Speaking of Alex, he seemed to be waiting for something to happen when Jay said it was time to go. Maybe Alex pulled Jay in to be Slenderized, and TO was busy chasing Maskies in the woods and was held up. Alex stayed behind to wait for TO to get there, like a good little minion.

Am I the only one who almost missed the "Grass'nFoot" cam? Felt like coming home and then remembering all those noogies your older siblings gave you.

 		Ugh. Hate having to read 17 pages of text. I've got nothing that hasn't already been said.

I'm happy to see Jay finally growing up to be the ninja he so desperately wants to be (and carrying a knife with him, smart man).

Tim can run awfully fast on a bum leg, but then again, by this point he's had some practice moving on it.

Entry #51 better be up before Monday, or many rages will be had.
