Multi-day Live Event?
Also: How often does urban/high fantasy show up in ARGs?

I have a story arc I'm wresting on what format to make it, and I finally decided on making it a sort of ceilidh if I can. It's rather fantasy/Celtic mythology, so a bit diffirent than most of the ARGs that are very sci-fi or paranormal.
Basic set up is this:
On Beltane, Queen Medb (the one from the Cattle Raid of Cooley, yes) sets up a gathering to tell her story. After the mingling/introductions, Medb begins.
But during the telling, Cuchulain (hidden in the audience until now) stands up and attacks her, accusing her of lying. They have a short fight and Medb manages to make Cc change his tactic: convincing the audience to follow him to his hideout (not far away, probably down the hall of the building I have in mind) so that he call tell them the true story. Then he tells them his plans, and that they should meet him here sometime soon in order to attack Medb and get a hold of a certain item.
So then, ideally, the audience would come back at some appointed time (maybe even later that day if the players allow it) and get Medb's guard down and then Cc can attack.

(Yes, I'm still working on how I'm going to do the fights without them being cheesy) I think this setup is a rather unique/rarely-used aspect of ARGs, so I really want it to work out. But I'm a bit wary about if the audience (however big it is, which I'm unsure of since it's still in preproduction right now) will be able to do two LE within a week or less.

It depends a lot on where in your story arc this event takes place. You need to have a reason your audience is there. Once you figure out how your audience is going to become involved in the event that will answer some of your questions.

Is this the opening of y our story? Then you need to aim for someonthing more like a You tube video that players can go watch as they learn about your "happening"

Is it in the middle where you have the audence and just need to give them a heads up on where and when? You can do a live event with streaming media during the event.

Where is your audience based? If it is aimed at local community, you can do more with live events in local settings, if you are looking at a wider global audience then you need to consider more video/streaming media types.
