[TRAILHEAD] One Hundred Yard Stare
Yay! A Slendervlog! Fun!

So I found this on TV Tropes today, I couldn't find it on here (used the search function for once), and I'm not quite sure what I think of it. There's only three (really short) videos so far, and they get to Slendy really quickly, but the editing's pretty good and I enjoy what little characterization we've been given. If I somehow missed the trailhead for this series being posted, please PM me.

the characters are nice. The effects could use a bit more work, but certainly filled with potential this one is.

Everything happens really fast in this. Like, I don't think people need to drag stuff out, but it happens very fast. Even so...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The transition to the train was really cool, actually got me excited for a minute there. And the first video was subtle enough to make me hopeful. The acting is, from what little I've seen, extremely decent.

And then...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Came the man in the horse mask. What the hell guys. What the hell...I know it's a gasmask, but it just looked so much like a grinning horseface...I just...I can't.

Overall I'm liking it. The pacing needs work, but it seems promising.

Looks like the classic out-of-order beginning...definitely a thrilling start, thought it might have been teleporting at first but

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the end of Entry 3 looks to be the beginning of Entry 1 and what Entry 1 contains seems to have parts scattered all over the place...

hopefully we get some sort of story soon, try to make sense out of all the elements we have been presented.

New entry just went up.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Looks like we've got Horsemask guy coming up behind our main character who apparently has some Slendy experience...looks like some serious shit happened in 1-3

I'm considering making contact with the account posting the vids. Any ideas?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the acting of that macy character is too forced, along with the conversation. But they did now establish a reason to have a camera with each other. I like to see where it progresses from here though.

Looks like it has potential! Ellie (Allie?) seems like a good actress/interesting character. Seraphim, if you want to contact the youtube channel, I say go for it. Right now we don't have much context, so maybe if we can get in touch with one of the ladies we can get more info.

The biggest reservation I have with contacting the channel is...I'm not sure if this is supposed to be interactive or not. We have the barest idea of characters but we really have no context for what's going on.

Presumably Ellie is the one running the channel but who knows if she's safe especially after the end of the latest entry.

I think I'll wait for the next entry, see what comes up.

There is a fourth entry now.

http://youtu.be/vyCMFXkWiUg

I was going to review this series, but CheckersValentine said about everything I wanted to so just refer to their review. I guess I will talk about the newest entry then.

Four
This entry continues in the rushed nature of the storyline thus far. It kinda annoyed me. I'm not sure if it was the characters or if it was the acting or if it was the reasoning, but either way I hold out hopes that upon continuation this series will find a better pace and more solid ground to stand on.

Upon reading these comments, I'd like to interject that I sort of like how fast everything is. I mean, not sure how I feel about the little information offered, but the pacing to me is different in a good way, keeps those of us with a short attention span busy, and keeps me wondering what will happen next. I'm am very interested in seeing how this series turns out.
